If you don't mind how Brian talks to you on the phone then head over. He does not know how to speak to people on the phone. Every time I've called to schedule my appointment, I make sure to be quick on the phone because he's busy. I say exactly what I want and ask for their availability, nothing more. He's always comes off aggressive asf or as if he just doesn't give a crap. He does great nails as well as some of the others. Sometimes I'll get a set of nails I don't love or that are a little bumpy. I always over tip (having been a bartender for a few years), but the attitude I've been given over the phone AND in the salon is ridiculous. Treat all your customers with respect. That's all you have to do ‍ the vibe in that place is enough for me not to go. I can pay for great nails somewhere else. Also, the first time I went there I didn't want gel but then changed my mind and he got all rude about it. Like, WHY? Eyebrow waxing Hour long wait to go in (they had customers so I understand), then get directed to go to a room and wait for longer, which gave me time to look at the poor hygienic conditions of the mentioned room. Then I was told to sit on a chair to get my eyebrows down... a chair with blankets and pillows (this was confusing for me). I asked how come I couldn't lay down on the reclining table but the older lady did not speak English and pointed at the chair again. Needless to say I didn't stay and don't plan on coming back. Will never go back! Had an appointment with a friend. They weren't ready for us for a while. We both got Gel pedicures and where going to get our eyebrows waxed and manicures, but after how bad our feet looked we opted out! My gel has a huge smudge on it - my friend had so many layers because the lady kept hitting her nails on the UV light... while filling off my previous get my guy decided to just not pay attention and grind on my side of the toe vs nail(turning beat red)! Tools all where kept in dirty bins and never saw anything come of of a sealed package . It's been less than a week and we are out getting a proper pedicure! When I switched from gel polish to regular polish for my manicures (as advised by my dermatologist), she sanded off the gel polish from my previous manicure... then kept sanding and sanding and cutting the corners of my nails. This was absolutely a passive-aggressive punishment for switching (temporarily) to regular polish. Before the end of that day, my nails began to shred and within two days, I suddenly had hangnails in several of my nails... then within less than a week, every fingernail had hangnails... then the infections started up. This was a nasty, unwarranted attack on me for doing something a PHYSICIAN told me to do! Shame on you! I was a good customer. Never again! Initially was going to pass over this place because it was packed, but the girls I came with wanted to stay so I did. I'm glad I did too, despite every pedicure chair being full we were still seated within 15-20 minutes. The employees were all super nice even though they were clearly super busy, and I didn't at all feel the person doing my services was trying to rush. Store is tasteful in decor, had music that was low and free WiFi. As women were coming in after us, you could tell who the regulars were because every staff member greeted them by name. well today was probably the worst I have ever been treated in a nail salon. The guy who did the pedicure was very nice and very good. Now lets get to the nail guy he asks me if I want gel, I said is it faster? he said yes, I said that would be great, he then proceeds to tell me "but its 30" like I can't afford it. I said that was fine. I asked how long it takes and they (him and the guy 2 seats over) start making fun of my question saying to his customer I finish now you can go, obviously since her nails weren't painted I knew he was not done, then he proceeded to tell his customer I be done in 5 minutes which realistically isn't possible. All I wanted since I have never had gel was an estimate of the time it takes. So I left and will get my gel nails elsewhere. And just for the companies info ...I speak your language and I understood everything they were saying about me. Very bad experience and I will tell everyone I know and I will never step foot in your place again. Too bad since I was getting my manicure every week somewhere else and I was upgrading to gel ...your loss someone else's gain. I was hoping since you were closer this would be great for my time schedule, not worth it. Its my money and I deserve to be treated like a person. went here and got my nails, great experience the first time but i broke two of my nails off on accident, so i came back in for a fix and it had been about 2 weeks so i wanted a fill and color change. the nail techs were not happy with me at all it seems and made me wait 30 min for service but i understood they were probably busy. i finally got service and the nail tech filed my nails down until every fingernail was bleeding. it took about an hour and a half for him to fix my nails. the two new nails were considerably different shape but i ignored it. now after about 8 days the two nails fell off again! wil not be going bad very upset about this, used to be my favorite salon. read more
