This nail salon was close to the lodging I occupied while working in North Carolina. There was no…read morewait, the young lady at the check in area wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions. If you've ever been to a nail salon before, you know that you go in for one thing and the amount can bloom and have you in your feelings. I am glad to report that I didn't have to experience any of that on my visit. Located in a bustling outdoor shopping corridor next to Sam's Club, parking is dynamic but wasn't an issue when I visited. Be forewarned, they do not accept American Express for payment. Probably because of the high fees associated in doing so. They are capable of accepting contactless pay, cash and other credit cards. There was not a charge to pay via credit cards at the time of my visit. The areas were well lit, and things were orderly. I was taken to the pedicure chairs and it was only delayed because I spent time trying to decide what color I'd like. The most refreshing thing about this visit was how the technician explained to customers in terms they could understand and when I inquired about whether I should keep my gel polish on, she gave straight answers and it was never an upsell. That was appreciated because some places will put acrylic over a nail with fungus if it means they'll make some money off of you. It was a good experience. The only detractor was that I had to point out to the guy performing my pedicure where to give attention to based on the level of pedicure I paid for. Overall, I left happy and would go there again if in the area.

When I walked in all the nail techs were busy but I only had to wait about 5 minutes until Nichole was available. I can't say enough about how well my nails turned out! Nichole was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done and made sure they turned out just that way. She took her time and made sure each nail was perfectly filed without any damage to my skin or cuticles like some other nail salons I've been to. The pink ombré coloring is so beautiful and so well blended that I honestly couldn't be happier and will be going back when they need to be filled.

I did dip with French with a detail (little Santa hat with french... simple) Things were great until I got an emergency phone call while doing the detail. I had apologized and stayed on the phone and kept as still as possible. I didnt mean any disrespect but when my child calls me with an emergency, I had no choice but to talk with him. After the phone call, my nails were completed. The lady that seems to be the manager ? rubbed oil on my cuticles and got up and left. I sat there in the back wondering if I was done or not. No one said a word to me. Just let me sit there wondering. I honestly thought I was waiting on someone doing lotion on my hands Finally after some time goes by, the same lady yells across the room "youre done!". While several people looked at me, I was embarrassed and thought that was very unprofessional and unempathetic. Not sure if this person was upset that I was on the phone with an emergency call ... I could've gotten up and walked away but I honestly didnt want to take up time away from the next person in line waiting. I paid over $60 (with tip) and felt this wasn't right to do and I paid less and got a hand message with lotion. Is this normal practice? I have noticed they stop posting on their social media. The results look NOTHING like the picture -- uneven tips, sloppy glitter application, and an overall cheap finish. Instead of fixing the issue professionally, they chose to yell at me in front of the entire salon, humiliating me instead of making things right. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Save your money and your time -- this place does not care about their customers, only about taking your money. I've never had such an awful salon experience in my life.
