If you've ever been to a nail salon before, you know that you go in for one thing and the amount can bloom and have you in your feelings. I am glad to report that I didn't have to experience any of that on my visit. Located in a bustling outdoor shopping corridor next to Sam's Club, parking is dynamic but wasn't an issue when I visited. Be forewarned, they do not accept American Express for payment. Probably because of the high fees associated in doing so. They are capable of accepting contactless pay, cash and other credit cards. There was not a charge to pay via credit cards at the time of my visit. The areas were well lit, and things were orderly. I was taken to the pedicure chairs and it was only delayed because I spent time trying to decide what color I'd like. The most refreshing thing about this visit was how the technician explained to customers in terms they could understand and when I inquired about whether I should keep my gel polish on, she gave straight answers and it was never an upsell. That was appreciated because some places will put acrylic over a nail with fungus if it means they'll make some money off of you. It was a good experience. The only detractor was that I had to point out to the guy performing my pedicure where to give attention to based on the level of pedicure I paid for. Overall, I left happy and would go there again if in the area.

When I walked in all the nail techs were busy but I only had to wait about 5 minutes until Nichole was available. I can't say enough about how well my nails turned out! Nichole was friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted done and made sure they turned out just that way. She took her time and made sure each nail was perfectly filed without any damage to my skin or cuticles like some other nail salons I've been to. While I didn't think much of it at the time, I did notice discomfort, but there was no follow-up from the technician to check on my well-being. Immediately after the appointment, my toe became extremely painful, swollen, and red, making it difficult to apply pressure. The inflammation persisted for several months. Now, six months later, I've observed that my toenail is completely detached from the nail bed in the area that was originally inflamed. A new nail is growing underneath it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon for nail services. The lack of attention to client comfort, as well as poor hygiene and nail care, led to this painful and concerning issue. I advise others to seek nail services elsewhere to avoid potential discomfort, damage, and unnecessary costs.

Cons: The reason for the low rating is the wait time can be very bad-- not just to start out your service (that's bad too)- but the service is very very slow. I was there in the chair for roughly 3 hours for a mani-pedi. Additionally, they way overcharge for manicures and pedicures. I about had a heart attack when I heard the price for the product I got. $95 for basic gel mani-pedi. They charged for shellac removal for both my toes and nails. I get the work was done- but that should already be included in the service. I'd get if I had acrylics on but the nails are already buffed and primed when there's no polish- so it's not really an extra step to remove it. They use a fancy removal gel but I know it can be done without that- and after the fact they still scrape the polish off which honestly is kind of painful. They should just buff it off. I'd have no problem with the $95 pricetag if the product was perfection but there were bits of polish around my nails. Basically- this place isn't that fancy inside and the product isn't that amazing to justify spending $100 on a mani-pedi that looks like it costs $30-$40.
