I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in with a clear inspiration photo (simple almond-shaped nails with silver glitter tips) and walked out with something that looks like a child slapped glitter on my nails. The results look NOTHING like the picture -- uneven tips, sloppy glitter application, and an overall cheap finish. To make matters worse, when I called to ask if they could at least cover them with a solid color since I was so unhappy, they told me to come back in. Instead of fixing the issue professionally, they chose to yell at me in front of the entire salon, humiliating me instead of making things right. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. Save your money and your time -- this place does not care about their customers, only about taking your money. I've never had such an awful salon experience in my life. read more

2 stars because : Pros: Customer service is good. The people here are very nice and the product is GOOD (not perfect). Cons: The reason for the low rating is the wait time can be very bad-- not just to start out your service (that's bad too)- but the service is very very slow. I was there in the chair for roughly 3 hours for a mani-pedi. Additionally, they way overcharge for manicures and pedicures. I about had a heart attack when I heard the price for the product I got. $95 for basic gel mani-pedi. They charged for shellac removal for both my toes and nails. I get the work was done- but that should already be included in the service. I'd get if I had acrylics on but the nails are already buffed and primed when there's no polish- so it's not really an extra step to remove it. They use a fancy removal gel but I know it can be done without that- and after the fact they still scrape the polish off which honestly is kind of painful. They should just buff it off. I'd have no problem with the $95 pricetag if the product was perfection but there were bits of polish around my nails. Basically- this place isn't that fancy inside and the product isn't that amazing to justify spending $100 on a mani-pedi that looks like it costs $30-$40. read more

I have never left a review in my life, but my experience here was so bad that this will be my first review. I went in for a fill, and the man who did my nails made me do a full set, which I didn't mind doing. That was up until two weeks after getting a brand new full set, my nails are already lifting as if I got press on nails. They use cheap products, are extremely rough, and drilled down both my toes and fingernails to the point that they were sensitive to the touch and hurt for days after I got them done. I had stopped coming here for a while and decided to give it another chance and was reminded why I stopped coming in the first place. Never again. read more

What a nightmare. It began with a nail tech who wouldn't move closer to the table, and pulled my body across. My back still hurts from staying in that position hunched over for so long. The Nail tech broke my nails because he decided to pull the old dip powder off vs soaking. As a result one broke vertically, painfully so. While doing my cuticles he was looking away and I was dripping blood on the counter. He didn't shape any of the nails. He didn't file the dip powder and when the color didn't look right, he used regular nail polish to cover it up. read more

Really nice people, clean place. My only complaint is that once I wanted my toenail shape changed from square to round, the shape ended up crooked somehow. Sorta strange. I paid $110 after $20 tip. So I've been here three times and I think today was my last and this is due to hygiene practices at the salon. The first two times I had average experiences but my nails would always chip the next day. They try to upsell gel nailpolish but don't include high quality regular polish. The tech that did my massage was also painfully aggressive and I was visibly flinching and he did not adjust his technique. Fast forward to today when I asked for a regular mani and pedi. The pedi was great but service quickly tanked when I found myself sitting there for way to long. I had a decent window of time to relax but I found myself there for an hour and a half just with the pedicure and waiting for a mani. They quickly realized they had forgotten me. I asked how long it would take and they insisted they could get me finished. Well a regular mani started to concern me. The tools I'm not sure were cleaned from the last person and the tech noticed I had a hang nail and proceeded to pull it causing me to bleed the entire time. She didn't treat it or give me a napkin so I kept bleeding. Without consideration or pause she proceeded to put nailpolish over my bloody finger ( which is not hygenic) and I have bloody residue under my polish. I'm stressed that it might get infected. Then, I realized the polish I asked for was not the same despite be saying I wanted it to match. I had to go because at this point I was there for two hours and I needed to get home to work. I won't be coming back as it's unclear what the sanitation practices are and the approach to my finger leads me to believe the salon is reckless. read more

I had a really wonderful experience at this nail spa! I came in and it was very busy! They seem to have a good amount of staff so I stayed not knowing how long I'd wait for my pedicure. I was only waiting a few minutes when I was seated at a pedicure booth. I waited again for few min to get a technician but it wasn't long. Oh my the starting price for regular was$32 which was fine .. I was given a color tray of nails to choose color which is different than the wall of polish I usually get at my regular spot. I'm not used to this kind of pedicure and there wasn't a lot of explaining it do I just went with flow. I got an amazing massage during my pedicure! My tech took time and I felt very pampered.. the only thing that was sped up was the callous removal scrub! He went fast but I appreciated it because it didn't tickle as much.. he got all the right spots and was wonderful... the gel seems to harden quicker than regular polish.. I really loved my visit it came to $42 before tip.. I paid a bit more than normal but it's not a pedicure I'd do often.. it was a pampering experience and I'd definitely go again in future read more

Visiting JAX and went in to get SNS and my daughter a manicure and regular polish. They gave us a very limited selection to choose from. When we didn't find what we were looking for. They did try to accommodate Ilya and brought over more colors. They took my daughter first and argued over regular polish saying she should get gel. She's 13- I don't want to ruin her nails yet with gel. I told the lady this several times and she kept pushing gel saying she was "worried" they would smudge. I confirmed they would sit her under a dryer and finally said if you're worried, we can go somewhere else. She stopped arguing at that point. The polish my daughter picked was "old" so she tried to just grab a different color which was similar but not what she wanted (she was trying to match her volleyball jersey). Eventually she relented after they tried to pain the nail and it looked crappy. With the second color, there were two nails that had a section by the base of the nail that wasn't painted. My daughter pointed them out and she got a top coat and put that on. The top coat is clear. It did nothing to correct the issues. I had to grab the secretary and explain the nails needed to be fixed which they finally did. I opted to not get my nails done here after the arguing about gel for my daughter and the crappy job they did on the nails. This was my first time using this spa. I have visited and was disappointed in all the other spas I have tried in this town so I was hoping this was different. It was. Right from entering they escorted me to the pedicure chairs I did have to wait there but I'm not complaining as the massage chair feature was good. I was offered a drink which I choose a soda. The lady Lisa was her name I believe was amazing. She was so detailed and talked well building that repore with me. It was easy to talk to her which is nice for someone like me who suffers from social anxiety. I was so impressed with this salon for the biggest reason I saw that the files an scrubbies where new with each client. And all other tools where cleaned inbetween. I can tell you that I have been to over 10 spas that do mani pedis here and this is the first time they don't re use nail supplies. Which is great as re use promotes fungas germs and more. I had Eva as my nail tech and although she was super sweet, she was not very detailed; she did not give me a "manicure" and clean my nails or cut my cuticles, cut my pinky with the electric file and on multiple fingers my skin was rubbed raw with the nail file, didn't apply a top coat to my whole right hand. They look lovely from far away but I'm huge on details. I did go back in and she was very understanding and was quick to fix the top coat issue. read more

The pedicure was perfectly fine, but the wax left her skin super irritated and bleeding! They didn't put powder down before they applied the wax so it just ripped at her skin. I've been here a couple times. The pedicure I got was pretty great, and then the gel manicure I got was okay. She did a good job but they peeled and chipped two days later. Less than two weeks ago, I scheduled an appointment for a full set. I wanted a pinkish nude with gold tips. The man doing my nails was clearly inconvenienced by this and kept trying to talk me into something else. Finally, I got frustrated and said yes to white tips. Then he kept telling me I needed to smile. Every time I'd ask him to go shorter, he got annoyed. I asked several times for rounded/oval shape and he would not. Ended up with uneven square, white tips. I ended up going home that night and filing them into somewhat decent shapes. He didn't cut my cuticles. Nothing. They are so bad now. The acrylic was too close to the cuticle so they're peeling up now. My cuticles themselves look so bad! I am so frustrated at this and probably will not ever go back. read more

The first time I had an appointment at 11am and the nail tech took forever. I was there till 1pm. You would think if she took that long then the nails would look flawless but they did not. I spoke to Cindy and she knew exactly what I wanted and made it a reality. My pedicure was done by An and she was gentle, professional, and courteous. The staff members made sure to ask everyone that came in if they would like a beverage. Throughout the experience, they asked me multiple times if I was okay and if I needed anything. They were very busy for a Monday so that should shut down some of the negative reviews I read. They allowed walk-ins and once they became very busy, they all found ways to accommodate clients. They were very considerate with clients that came accompanied and accommodated them so that they were together. The experience was great! I'm giving this place a 2 instead of no stars because Benjamin did an amazing job on my pedicure but when I got placed with Nancy to do a full set on my nails she was not listening and doing them the way that I wanted so she just stopped and took all the acrylic off that she had already placed and then they sent me over to Henry. I then had to wait for him to get done with his current customer which took about 20 minutes I arrived at the salon a little after noon and that's when they started with my pedicure I didn't leave until 3:30. Henry did an OK job on my nails its not exactly what I wanted but it's the best that he could do. He wasn't the nicest either he called me picky while I was sitting there and I explain to him yes I'm picky when it comes to my nails since I'm paying for a very expensive service. I could also tell that Nancy and the rest of the staff were making rude comments about me just by their body language alone, no I do not speak their native language but I can understand body language pretty well and it just made me feel very uncomfortable sitting there for over two hours having to listen to him and look at me in a very mean way. Once the process was over I ended up paying $97 for a full set and a pedicure, which that number doesn't seem right to me. I didn't even receive any kind of manicure care such as cuticle cut and clean up or massage of my hands with lotion I literally just got a set and Henry told me to leave after he was done. I also have a lot of glue and white polish that's wasn't properly cleaned off my hands. I feel like I got way overcharged for something that I was 100% OK with. I was nice enough to leave a $10 tip in hopes that Benjamin could at least get thanked for his work because he actually did a good job. came the other day with my fiancé to get pedicures. My fiancé got the callus treatment which was called the athletic pedicure priced at $40. I always get a classic pedicure with no other add on other than my gel polish. My toe nails had no polish on and were already cut down so minimal work was really needed. However, when we initially went in a older lady who did my fiancés pedicure had initially went back and forth with me trying to get me to chose the more expensive pedicure, where I repeatedly told her just a classic pedicure which is priced at $32. The older gentleman who ended up doing my pedicure did a great job. No complaints UNTIL at the end of our pedicures the lady who did my fiancés pedicure fills out his paperwork and mine, his priced at $40 and mine at $32 PLUS $15 dollars written in the "optional massage" category. I didn't ask for a massage nor was offered one. Now I understand my gel polish would be an up charge but is this where the $15 dollars is coming from? Because if so kind of ridiculous. It felt as if she tried to up charge me from the beginning and then at the end even though she did not do my pedicure found a way to do it. How do I go from a basic pedicure to a 47 dollar pedicure? At the very end we were made aware they were husband and wife which I thought again made the upcharge a little shady. I'll start off by saying that I understand that wait times aren't an exact time estimate... but 30 minutes isn't even close to a 3 hour+ wait. My second issue was that I asked for short coffin shaped nails. I always get that exact style everywhere i go, and while the lady was shaping my nails i reminded her of the shape as she was doing them very square, she proceeded to explain that "since my nails are short, that shape isn't an option and that square nails would look better anyways-" and me being an introvert, decided to just annoyingly go along with whatever she said.
