This place was recommended to me and was near my house. So I figured why not. I asked for a gel manicure. So many things wrong. 1. She practically ripped off my cuticles. She pulled every time she cut them. How I didn't end up with blood all over my hands I don't know, because it hurt. 2. She talked to her coworker in her native language the ENTIRE time. She occasionally smirked at me, but the only time she talked to me was to tell me to give her my hand or something. 3. It didn't seem clean. I saw tools come out of drawers, but not out of clean packets like I am used to seeing. She laid down a towel for my hands to lay on that I'm HOPING was just washed stains, but it looked filthy. 4. I asked her to do 2 base coats like my old nail lady used to. I have thin nails, that was my old nail lady's solution and it worked. When I asked this girl, she starts laughing at me. I don't mean giggle, I mean gull on belly laughing at me. She then tells me that's stupid and it doesn't make any difference and "we do it her way this time". I seriously considered walking out but we were basically half done. It is the worst customer service I've ever had a nail salon. I gave her a $2 tip ONLY because my nails did end up looking good. But she was VERY lucky I gave her anything at all. If you're looking for a nail place in Havelock, run away from this place. Sure, my nails ended up looking ok. But you shouldn't pay someone to insult you. Period. I'll be driving to Morehead City next time. read more

I went in for a FILL and she took and hour and a half, half way through she said she could not do the color I wanted because it was too late. The polish was super sheer for being a dark red color and the edges were all missed up. She charged me $70 ---$25 for the fill,$10 for two finger with French tips,$25 for gel arycle (witch I told her I didn't want), and $10 for the shape (she didn't even have to shape them they're all ready the shape I wanted when I came in. I usually pay $45 at my regular salon with each finger having a design and 2 full nails with crystals all over them. They tell you one price but charge you a different.Would not recommend! read more

They are extremely cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. There was only two people that knew how to do nails and one tried to pretend that she knew how to do nails. She couldn't even file correctly. I had to wait for the other girl to do my nails and she rushed the job. Along with doing a terrible job on a gel polish the man tried to ask me to do another service which is ludacris! Never coming here again! read more

I got my nails done a couple days ago. They were done extremely thin. & a day later BOTH my thumbs broke off. I went back to ask them to fix them, the guy "fixed" them by adding more powder to them, didn't even bother to fix the actual nail. So now my thumb nails are lumpy & different colors. Mind you, I had asked him to fix them & make them thicker, I was willing to pay for it, but he refused. read more

I had been going for awhile, my sister and niece. It's an okay place and fairly clean and we became friends with the owner very quickly. They do speak to one another but I have never felt insulted because she explains most of everything they say and have even taught us how to say a few words. They have a done a great job on my nails and I love the fact that they now do 3 D nails and have the mood change nail colors in Shellac. I had to stop going because I couldn't afford to go anymore but if I ever do start getting my nail done again I will return there. read more

Horrible experience!!! Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the man there didn't want to keep me waiting for his wife I guess, so he told me to come back and he did them himself. First off I said I want NO shaping done, and that i just wanted them cleaned up. My eyebrows were waxed almost completely OFF. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. read more
