Harry the owner and his partner are the only two employees so make an appointment! Social distancing is easy with only two clients at a time. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. They are closed on Mondays year round and Tuesdays too during the off season. My appointment was honored on time. Harry was very pleasant to visit with during my pedicure and did a fine job. I wish my feet were a bit softer leaving here. But, I Left with my own file and buffer--thanks. I looked at reviews for nail salons all over town and decided to go with High Tech and I'm so glad I did. I had my acrylics done horribly by a nail tech out of town but Lynn saved the day! She took off my old set and made my new set exactly like I wanted! She did a high quality job in a timely manner and was very enjoyable to talk with. They were super busy, though, so I'd recommend either being there as soon as they open, or making an appointment, for which there is a $20 deposit. The prices are great, the service impeccable. This place gave me the creeps. I should've walked out but it was too late. They guy who did my nails had dirty fingers and nails. It grossed me out for him to be doing my nails. He also kept wiping my nail dust on the floor. I just hope and pray I don't get some type of nail fungus. The table I sat at was dirty. At one point he dropped the metal tool for doing pink and white nails on the floor and just picked it up and blew it off. I will never go back there even though I was just visiting town for the weekend. Their prices were also a little on the high side. Even though they had an "A" rating, I'm certain they don't deserve it after my experience there. read more

I have trying to get a pedicure at this place four times over the last 2 years, but have not been successful. They say walk-ins available, and now they say appointment preferred on the door, but they don't answer their phone. The only reason I've kept trying is because they are near my house. I love this place and go there every two weeks or so. I visited this place before when it was under a different management and was not impressed. However, Linda and Harry, the new owners are nothing short of amazing! They take their time with each customer. If they are with someone when you walk in, they offer to take your name and number and call you when they are ready, if you choose not to sit and wait. They take appointment times as well if that works for you and they are always very prompt. The service and prices are incredible. They do not talk to each other in their first language so as not to make you uncomfortable. They always offer a beverage and will even change the music or tv to suit your mood! It's my little piece of heaven every two weeks! I almost wish my nails grew faster! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! Just don't take my appointment time :) haha read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT go here take your money somewhere that's actually worth it. I went here on a Sunday and recieved a gel manicure with gel polish. I was back by Saturday (not even a week later) because I had nails coming off. No big deal right just get it fixed.. a day later not only are more of the nails lifting the nail I just had fixed the day before was coming off!!! So I go back in have the nails fixed one more time! Low and behold the very next day the same nails I've had fixed are coming off yet again! So I go back AGAIN!!! I am civil and polite with the manager explain to him it's only been a week and I've been here everyday to get them fixed and that at this point I would prefer to just get my money back, But if they would rather fix them and make them stay this time thats fine. The manager has the audacity to tell me he doesn't do refunds and he'll fix the broken ones but this would be the last time. He then proceeds to fix the two nails that have come off.. I pointed out the other ones that were lifting this dude dabs a little nail glue on them!!!!! I spent a total of $80 on a set of nails that didn't even last a week!! If my experience alone isn't enough to keep you away from this hell hole hopefully the dirty disorganization of the building will. Nasty frayed scrub brushes for you to wash your nails with, bleach stained old rags ro dry your hands with, frayed brushes for a nice and lumpy application of product! If you want to be raped with prices and be given a manicure that is the equivalent of a glue on set you you could purchase from Walmart for a quarter of the price you'll pay here this ghetto fabulous place is the one for you! read more
