I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. With the dress shirt on, my sleeves were measured to my arm length for both shirts. I was told it would be about a week and would be $30.00 per shirt to shorten the sleeves. I picked up the shirts today and the sleeves were perfect! All the excess gathering was gone and it was a perfect sleeve length. I had two more Italian dress shirts that needed the same tailoring. Will be ready in a week's time again. I'm not very familiar with pricing for sleeve adjustments, but the shirts look great! Polo Tailors and Cleaners did a beautiful job removing the blood stains and steaming out the old seam lines, as well as ironing out wrinkles in the dress. Also, they charged me a reasonable price, less than I was quoted at other reputable spots. As soon as we were home from the Hill Country wedding, I came back to entrust the post-wedding cleaning to Hoa at Polo Tailors and Cleaners. The wedding day had been drizzly, and the hem and train of the dress were muddy. Hoa, who had helped me so well the first time, got out the mud stains. She also declined to charge me extra for the mud stains. I have not yet had a chance to use their services for alterations, but I was able to watch them measure another client who wanted to have a suit taken in. Hoa did an expert job of marking up his suit.
