Too much racket going on with the other companies and they were going to use that thin pink stuff which hardly insulates and then charge a whole lot more for "attic clean up." Russell uses Cellulose which is the gold standard. Why bother with anything else? He did a great job and the insulation thickness/height was exactly as it should be. I recently used his services again to do wall insulation. Russell helped me problem solve a schedule conflict with the insulation and the painters. I was very thankful. Again, excellent and competent work. Russell promised that the holes would be well patched. OMG. They were so well done and easy to paint over, no one would ever know the difference. He is also timely and well organized. Russell owns the company and his guys have worked him for MANY YEARS. It's hard to find people that take pride in their work anymore, so I was so happy to find Home Energy Savings.

We needed blow-in cellulose insulation and a strong machine to do it. All we needed was to put in the insulation because we had it cleaned out already when we purchased the house. PRO TIP: If you think you're going to blow-in insulation yourself with the home depot blow-in machine for cellulose (cellulose is better than fiberglass IMO), then think again. I lost about 2 1/2 hours on one bag out of 72 before I gave up. Russel came in and went well beyond what I expected by helping fix broken HVAC ducts, cover up lights properly, and he had a great crew and machine that easily blew the cellulose in. Really really well done. I usually don't write reviews but thought its worth giving credit where credit is due. Thanks Russel!!!!

It's been so hot this summer and of course my air conditioner started having issues. I immediately…read morestarted calling around to all the "major" air conditioner service companies. The earliest appointment I could get was a week away. I was stressed because we live in Spring Valley and we have two large dogs that take refuge from the heat in the house during the day. We called Crawl Space and Attic Pro from a Google search (scary). They were able to come out the next day to diagnose our AC. They gave me a quote over the phone and arrived on time. The amount of the quote was taken off the work we had done. Our Technician Leo was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done. Now we're sitting comfortable for this heat record breaking weekend. THANKS LEO!!

Review on yelp: Not yet posted…read more... Mold remediation. Ron inspected crawl space, missed most of the black mold. Omar installed fans in the wrong direction so they would soon burn out motors. He was supposed to be experienced but I found him reading the directions for the wrong fans. Their mark up on the fans was over 300% and the guarantee of after service was exposed as a lie when Leo simply yelled that he wasn't there and couldn't help and I didn't need the app anyway. The humidity hardly decreased, the mold continues to worsen and no one returns calls. To sum up, after $18,500 I still have mold. Definitely advise you to find another company.

We knew it needed a full overhaul, so we got quotes from four different companies. The prices were all over the place, and surprisingly, even an unlicensed contractor came in higher than Fidel's quote with Attic Heroes. I was looking for a licensed, bonded company with 5-star quality at a fair price, and Attic Heroes delivered on every front. From the first conversation, Fidel was straightforward and transparent, with no pressure and no surprises. On the day of the job, Tony took the lead, and he and the crew were professional, clean, and incredibly thorough. They cleared out the old mess, sealed up penetrations, screened the vents to keep pests out, and installed new batts along with a deep, even layer of fresh blown-in insulation. The before and after photos speak for themselves. They didn't just do the job, they went above and beyond, and they left the house as clean as they found it. If you're looking for an attic company you can trust, take it from me and hire Attic Heroes with confidence. Thank you, Fidel and Tony, for making this homeowner very happy. -- Captain 619
