They burdened us with about 12 cents per kWh, where ComEd would have charged is just over 7 cents per kWh. We leave in a heavily wooded area with thousand of ash trees dying due to the emerald ash borer, and falling trees pose a constant threat to service. A few months back, I came home and all the lights (and A/C!!!) in my house were out. I was informed I was the only customer in the area with the problem, so it wasn't a grid based power outage. I texted an electrician who was on his way, but in the meantime, Cliff from PSE&G came out, checked out the breaker box, determined it was an outside problem, blocked off the street, and went up in the cherry picker on both sides of the street and made adjustments. Problem solved! Something similar happened about two months later (it must have been because I didn't write this review the first time), and we went through the same rigamarole. Cliff came out again, and saved the day again. I don't know his last name, but there can't be too many Cliffs who come out to Trenton. I'm truly grateful that he went the extra mile to solve my problem.
