The entire process took the better part of a workday, but the final product was well worth the investment. In fact, their work was so good, we've asked to be added to their recurring work schedule in order to preserve and protect our driveway appropriately for many years to come. The only thing I had to do before they began work was edge the driveway ...and it needed it anyway. 100 percent satisfied. Professional, polite, efficient and delivers a quality product as quoted. I'd give them 10 stars, but sadly I'm limited to just five. If you're debating who to pick, your choice is crystal clear IMO. None better, period.

Don't bother with this company unless you have no standards and aren't concerned about incurring…read morepermanent damage to you house with no recourse. Don't believe their promises on their website or their administrative staff over email. 1 - their website is full of lies and 2- anything you communicate with the company over email somehow never translates to action with the cleaners who visit your house. Also it seems they are changing/ updating their info on BBB to prevent complaints/ reviews from being visible. Specifics of why this is a horrible sham company and I regret ever reaching out to them: They send a different staff person every time, even when you ask them to send the same person, and each person does things differently. If you have special instructions of any kind (which they request you document in your forms), that information will not get to their staff when they clean your house. Anything you communicate to the company over email basically goes in one ear and out the other. Shoe policies - a cleaning company should have a specific shoe policy like not wearing outdoor shoes inside or using shoe covers. I talked to every staff person who came to our house about this, as they all did things differently. I communicated about this over email multiple times, the company says one thing and it means nothing in practice. I live in a no shoes house, so the idea of someone coming in here, especially to clean, bringing Philly nasty germs into my house is disgusting. It's beyond absurd that this was a constant issue from day 1 of dealing with them. They are not able to keep track of your agreements and schedule. I planned an end of the month monthly cleaning, and because I changed the March date to April 1st, they neglected to schedule an end of April cleaning. This resulted in my dealing with their low comprehension level and having to spell out what should have been their responsibility to keep track of. Last but far from least - the last person to come in here, I did not speak to about the vacuum situation - another lie. On their site they say provide your own vacuum. I did, and one that is specifically safe for wood floors. Each cleaning person brings their own vacuum so with each cleaning person I had to talk to them about the wood floors. The last person who came I did not review this aspect, as I have stuff to do and guiding someone through my house every month is not how I should have to spend my time when hiring a cleaning company. That was a mistake, as this person scratched the ever loving heck out of my floors resulting in permanent damage and will require floor refinishing. I immediately contacted the company and they said they would bring it to higher ups, basically just ghosted me. Who knows if they actually have insurance, but they wont be using it to resolve any damage to your property they incur.

I initially chose BlissBright Home Cleaning expecting consistent, professional service…read more Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. After a prior cleaning, I raised concerns about incomplete work (specifically regarding my oven and overall standards not being met). I communicated clearly that I was uncomfortable continuing with the same cleaner and requested a different one for future appointments. I was informed that the originally assigned cleaner would remain my cleaner and that there were no alternatives currently available for my area. I was told it could be "a few weeks or longer" before another cleaner might become available. At that point, my only options were to either proceed with someone I had already expressed concerns about or pause service indefinitely. Given that this situation stemmed from service quality concerns and staffing availability on their end, not a last-minute personal scheduling change I chose not to move forward with the appointment. I was then informed that canceling fell within their 48-hour policy and that I would be charged a $135.15 cancellation fee. While I understand businesses have policies, I believe context matters. This was not a casual cancellation. I had documented service concerns, requested reassignment, and was told no alternative was available. Charging a full cancellation fee under those circumstances felt unreasonable and inflexible. Also keep in mind I never actually authorized the charge and he did it anyway and then stopped responding to me on the app once I referred to this as a legal issue. Additionally, communication around cleaner availability changed over time, which added to the frustration. Transparency and accountability are important in service-based businesses, especially when clients are inviting professionals into their homes. As a result of how this was handled, I have decided to discontinue services. I hope this feedback encourages more flexibility and customer-centered problem solving in the future.

By far the worst moving experience I have had. I have moved multiple times with movers both in and…read moreout of cities. This company arrived almost an hour and fifteen minutes late. They were not quick or efficient. It was 4 movers for my two bedroom apartment and there was very little reason for this many people as the work did not progress quickly. Despite having recent foot surgery, I assisted in moving items in and out of both locations. It was apparent they were not well versed in loading the truck as multiple times things needed to be rearranged to fit. Communication was poor and unprofessional. Upon the movers leaving, I noted a significant hole in the drywall of my basement, significant damage to 3 door frames, scratches up and down my ceilings, and damage to a new bookcase. None of this was communicated to me by the movers. When I contacted the owner he was unprofessional and inappropriately insisted that someone from his company come out to do the repairs. We eventually compromised that I would provide him an estimate from my painter. Upon doing so, he was unsatisfied with the estimate (although this was from a licensed, insured, reputable business) and continued to draw out the process for things to be settled. At this time I'm in contact with my attorney on sheer principle as this was far and away the most terrible moving experience I have had in 10 years. I would not recommend use of these movers even in the most desperate circumstances.

The initial experience was poor--the company rescheduled several times, and arrived at a time we did not agree upon (i was at work). When they finally returned when i was at home, it was very late (past 8pm). I had originally signed up for 3 hours of service. Sylvia talked to me for 30 minutes about what i wanted done, but included that in the 3 hour time (so i only got 2.5 hours of service). In addition, she kept pausing to take phone calls. The service she provided was shoddy--no attention to detail. However, this was around christmas, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt and gave her a healthy tip. Then she said she would cut me a deal to clean my entire house for 90 dollars in january, and i agreed. Again, she rescheduled several times, which is highly inconvenient due to my work schedule. She did a better job cleaning this time, but i had to point to places she had missed the previous time. Had i not pointed those things out, she would not have cleaned them. Then i wrote her a check, that was changed between the time i handed it to her, and the time that she cashed it. I raised this to her, and she said it must have been the bank, and not her. She said to take it up with the bank, and that if the issue wasn't resolved the next cleaning would be free. Again, giving her the benefit of the doubt, i took it up with the bank and scheduled another cleaning. However, again, after rescheduling several times, she informed me that she would come but wouldn't work for free. So finally I cancelled the service, losing all trust in her. From my perspective, she didn't keep appointments, didn't do a good job, and is highly suspected of cheque fraud. Do not use this service.
