Upon buying solar panels from Power Energy Solutions we were told that they were going to install…read morean x number of solar panels on our roof as agreed upon on the proposal; however, during the installation, they installed less without discussing with us. Had we known, we would've said no to the install and the whole thing. We didn't find out about this after a few months of wondering when the "Rebates" are going to come. In addition to that, we asked JCP&L why our bill is this much. Little that we know that our panels are not producing enough energy. So we reached out to the company, and they said the reason why is, we don't have enough solar panels, and on top of that, they didn't submit the proper paperwork to get the rebates. When I spoke with them, they just said there's nothing they could do about it because I signed the contract already. I told them that what they installed on my roof was not the proposal we agreed upon, but they never did anything about it to rectify it. All they care about is they got us to sing the contract by deception. Now, we are stuck with a loan and a system that we never agreed to in the first place. This company is careless and don't about their clients, and they'll switch their proposal on you. First, they will say things to attract you, and then at the end, they will switch things around. I called them a few times and hoped that they would do us right, but no. This is the reason why I'm writing this review about Power Energy Solutions.

Krista and Bob both came (after confirming every step of the way via text or call/ their arrival, next steps etc)... masked, helpful, kind, friendly- PROFESSIONAL -- straight to the point. Like CSI-"Where's this issue!? What did you experience, etc" They both went to their detective work. Very thorough, asking questions and checking outlets and overhead wiring, panels, etc. THE SOLVE/RESOLUTION HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon identified a a random switch outlet in the condo that was rigged to control all those rooms (who knew?)
