Every time I called they were pleasant even when it sounded busy they just placed me on a short hold and came back in a timely manner. I picked up the package today the store was clean, organized, pretty well staffed, and staff was pretty friendly. I would definitely have UPS drop more packages there if needed. There was also a rude woman yelling about something and the staff seemed calm and did a good job trying to help her still.

They asked me detailed questions and encouraged me to drop them off within the next few hours.
