So I'm an avid Yelp reader mainly for food but something as important as an oil change for your vehicle is VIP. I came to this location about 2 months ago needing an oil change. Everyone here was courteous and respectful and there was hardly any wait time. After replacing the oil, they called me out to the bay to physically see the oil that they changed and also showed me the dipstick with the oil as well. They recommended to change the air filter and another thing but I decided just to change the air filter. The Manager, Danny was the one actually working on the vehicle itself and I was happy with the service and the professionalism. All in all, it was great due to the candor of the technician, physically seeing the oil and letting me know about potential recommendations. I went to this store in hopes to get my oil changed and found a striped bolt. At first they were hesitant but the store manager personally ensured that my truck was taken care of. He personally ensured I got the best experience possible and come to find out it wasn't even them I took it to last time, even though they helped when they didn't have too. I will be back. read more

My husband recommended Lub N' Go The Oil Changers after he saw how frustrated I was attempting to make an oil change appointment with the dealership. I would have to call the dealership three weeks before making an appointment. Additionally, they pointed out different things that the dealership had not mentioned and gave me peace of mind for the road trip I had coming up. Came here for an oil change and it took a long time. They decided to stop my oil change to do a "quick inspection" on another car. After the oil change they didn't secure my plastic undertray properly and it was dragging on the ground when I drove shortly after. I had to stop at another mechanic and paid $10 for them to fix this issue. They also never reset my dash light. read more

I went in for an oil change. 4 hrs later I had a leak. I took the vehicle back to the location, and they said it wasn't anything they did. Mind you I have never had any sort of leak on this vehicle before. Assistant manager seemed to get upset when discussing issue, spoke with manager over the phone provided vague answers. Will get the vehicle checked out by a real mechanic tomorrow to validate what caused the issue, or as they put it it's just a coincidence read more

This place is a rip off! I sent my teenage daughter there for an oil change and they told her $62 because her Honda Civic takes a "special" synthetic oil. So I purchased a Groupon for half that price and they wouldn't take it. They said because they vacuumed the car, yada, yada that's why it costs so much!!! Firestone doesn't even charge me that much and they certainly don't vacuum a car during an oil.change service. Bottom line, they are an isolated business, not too busy so they jack the prices up and take advantage of female customers. The final bill was $84 and that was with a military discount. We will never go back there and not am I going to tell all my neighbors and FB family!!!! read more

We took our Audi there for an oil change. They put an other cars oil cap on our engine and oil went everywhere. To their defense the managers came out to fix it but still, how do you put the wrong oil cap back on. Zero attention to detail; will not give them another dime. Do not take your vehicle to this business location! I dropped off a perfectly working vehicle for a State Inspection and when I returned to pick the vehicle up, I was informed that my vehicle had failed due to non-working tail lights and brake lights. I was further informed that the vehicle probably had an electrical short because the Airbag Dash light would was on (was not on when dropped off). These clowns offered to replace the tail lights and ALL the fuses at a price of 10 dollars per bulb and 10 dollars per fuse. I of course refused their ridiculous offer! I took my car home after paying for a failed inspection due to inoperable tail lights. I went over my vehicle upon arriving home to find that bulbs that were working earlier that morning were now blown and that the 20 amp Airbag fuse had been removed. I replaced both bulbs for 6 dollars and replaced the missing fuse which solved the tail light and dashboard light issues. My vehicle was re-inspected the following morning and passed. I have been a loyal customer at this location for several years, but will never spend another penny at any Lube N Go location. Shame on these guys!!! read more

I am a automotive repair shop owner and have been a automotive tech for at least 25 years. I took one of my vehicles to this Lube 'n Go as I do every year. The young man that was doing my state inspection should not be doing this inspection let alone be changing oil. He does not have the skill or training to be doing this. He told me my parking brake would not hold. He did not perform the test correctly! The brakes on my truck are new and adjusted properly. They pass the brake test when performed by the states guidelines. I will not be going back for anything and I will be telling all my customer's not to go there ether. read more

I brought my car in today for a state inspection. There were a few vehicles in front of me, but the service technician said that it would only be an hour wait. I almost left, but decided to stay and grab a bite next door while I waited. "An hour, right?" I asked. "Yes, definitely an hour," he said. An hour and a half passed and I went around the building to see how close my car was to being done. It was parked out back, running, with the music playing. There was nobody near it. I waited a few minutes and finally a technician came around. I asked what the heck was going on, and he said "Uh, we were about to pull it in." There would still have been 3 cars ahead of me at that point, so I took my car and left. Long story short: They lied about how long it would take by an hour, they took forever, and they ran about a tenth of a tank of gas out of my car listening to music. Don't go here! I felt like this company tried to take advantage of me. This morning, as I was leaving the office, the worker, Ivan told me "We're also going to do a transmission, radiator, power steering and fuel system service". The way he mentioned it made it seem like it was included. He told me that my car had enough miles to where it needed it. (It's normal for the company to check the levels for free) It was almost $400 total in addition to the cost of the oil change. It irritated me the way that he was trying to "slide" in the extra services instead of being upfront with me but I didn't say anything. When I went to pick the vehicle up I noticed it was left unlocked not to mention it was parked against a busy street. When I went into the office I told the same worker, Ivan that my vehicle was left unsecured and asked if that was normal practice. He said it was. He proceeded to tell me "all the things" I need to bring the car back for. I told them that I would be taking it to another establishment because I completely unhappy with their business practices and left very mad. On the way home, I thought about calling and speaking to a manager because I was so angry only to find a message on my answering machine from Ivan, the STORE MANAGER apologizing and saying that in fact, I was right and that leavining the vehicle unlocked was not normal practice for their business. So not only did this man lie to my face about locking the car, he was less than honest about the services and to top it off he was the store manager! Wow. Never again will I go there!!!! read more
