I called and the manager simply said it's probably residual and just bring it in in the morning bro, like that's ok and that my driveway is now dirty with oil and talking disrespectfully and not caring. Now I hope it's not going to keep leaking and i don't even trust they put the proper synthetic oil in it. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!! Not sure what all these good reviews are about, I'll probably have to go get it checked at the dealership and make sure they didn't mess anything up! Very disappointed!!!! Sloppy work, unprofessional, careless and wouldn't necessarily say courteous. Do not trust this place! I just checked on my car and there are still leak spots coming down. Update: I did go back to allow them to make things right and had them check my car, they did assure me there was no leak coming from the oil change and did clean up some of the residual oil that spilled over, which an employee admitted to overpouring the oil when filling it. Everything was fine until the owner showed up, I thought to apologize but no to argue with me and even claim that I had a previous oil leak it turns out even though I have never had a drop of oil spill on my driveway since I have had this car in 7 years, but apparently for her it is ok to have oil from what they admitted was from over filling the oil, she continued to state that she is happy that she will not have to deal with me and my business anymore so did not really care about my concerns, with this type of customer service from an owner who would want to even do business with this place. Here is an updated picture of the oil that dripped after getting home and overnight, luckily, I parked my car on the street and put this cardboard underneath, otherwise this would have been all over my driveway, which the owner saw no issue with this type of workmanship. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).

I had my engine replaced by MPG Automotive on Dyer Street in El Paso, and the experience was…read moreextremely disappointing from start to finish. First, my truck was in their possession for over two months because the first engine they received was defective. During the process, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I finally went to pick up my truck, the total was significantly higher than what I had originally been told. To make matters worse, immediately after picking up my truck, there was suddenly a braking issue that had not existed prior to the engine swap. MPG had to keep my truck for another week to address the issue that appeared after the repair process. After that experience, I lost confidence in the Dyer Street location and avoided returning there unless absolutely necessary. Fast forward roughly 30,000 miles later, my truck developed a lean condition. After multiple inspections and diagnostics from different shops, Brake Masters discovered that the exhaust manifold hardware on the engine installation was loose. Four manifold bolts were found loose, with one visibly not even fully seated or properly torqued. The shop explained that this exhaust leak was causing false lean readings from the O2 sensor. After receiving that diagnosis, I contacted MPG Automotive and brought the truck to their Montana location for inspection. That was when MPG denied responsibility and stated that a cracked exhaust manifold caused the issue instead of faulty installation. However, every shop I spoke with stated that if the manifold itself had caused the hardware failure, the bolts would more likely have been broken or snapped rather than simply loose and partially backed out. MPG is using the cracked manifold explanation to deny responsibility for what appears to be an installation related issue on an engine with barely 30,000 miles since the swap. I understand that exhaust manifolds and gaskets can fail over time. What concerns me is that properly installed bolts should not simply back themselves out after such a short amount of use, especially when multiple bolts were found loose at the same time. I spent thousands of dollars with MPG Automotive expecting professional workmanship and reliability, but instead dealt with delays, additional issues after pickup, pricing discrepancies, and now what appears to be improperly secured exhaust manifold hardware. I strongly recommend people thoroughly inspect any work performed and get second opinions if problems arise afterward.
