I was at your location off of Pelicano Dr in El Paso TX on 11/2024. I got an oil change with no…read moreissues what's so ever. Not one complaint about having trouble opening and shutting my oil pan from underneath my vehicle. Now 5000 miles later time for my oil change and the oil changers refused to do any work on my vehicle because it was tightend way to much. They show me right away, and I took pictures of it. The nut is obviously worn off if they tried it would break my oil pan. Again no issue was reported before hand so there should be no issue now. Oil changers was the last place to do my oil change only a month ago. I travel for work yes which shouldn't matter because I'm allowed to drive my vehicle 5000 miles and it still be OK for next oil changers. I say this because speaking to Christopher your regional manager he thinks I drove half way across the country and banged it someway and cause the nut to be worn as it is. Now I am in Water Town NY. I need an oil change. As I told you I travel for work. I need a solution to this problem. I drive a 2021 Ram Classic 5.7L, my truck sits pretty high i have side steps that would have been damaged had I ever bumped anything. And I drive for a living nationwide in one month I didn't damage my oil pan. Now after speaking to manager at store and Christopher regional manager. He says not you guys fault basically and I drove across the country and caused my own damage. I have followed all steps I needed to follow hopefully this plays out well. Update soon.....

He worked with me found me the part for a great deal I went to go pick it up brought it back and he had it installed very easily. Once both parts were in he verified that no more leaks were present he showed me he started the vehicle and cleared off my check engine light. I felt safe and confident that I left my car in the hands of a great honest hard working man like Cesar I'm happy that my car is up and running great again I will most definitely recommend his services to my close friends. Not being from El Paso and still being new to the area can always add more stress to the situation of having car troubles but Cesar really helped ease that with the service and communication he provided thank you again I really appreciate it.

First off, their receptionist is the type of person who loves to irritate you with stupid…read morequestions. Either that, or I am giving her too much credit because she's actually just stupid. She invites possible customers over and does not schedule them or let anyone know to expect you after she assures you that she will. For having scriptures printed on their receipts, they are the most dishonest mechanics I have ever dealt with. I took my vehicle for a simple alignment. They charged me over $120. I get a call saying that the camber will be an additional 250+. I declined and told them to align it without the additional cost. They went out of their way to adjust the camber to an extreme degree. So much so that the front end was vibrating on the freeway after 60mph. You could actually see that the bottoms of the wheels were tucked inward about 2 inches. It has never been that way. The wheels were not straight at all. Instead of doing it right they sabotaged it to an extreme degree thinking I would come back and pay the ridiculous prices for a simple $89 alignment which should already include Camber, Caster, and Toe. Careful, they will sabotage your car if you don't agree to pay their outrageous prices. DISHONEST. Using bible scriptures on their quotes/receipts to try and convince you of their honesty. TRASH. I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.

I had them do an oil change on my RV generator on 6/16/26 and had to get Cummins fix the problem…read morethey created on 6/25/26. Apparently they added 2.5 gallons of oil to my generator which only takes three quarts to fill. The generator was spewing out black smoke out of the exhaust pipe, so when I notified them about the problem on 6/26/26, they told me I should have returned it to them. I told the service manager, why would I return to the same place that caused the issue. No refund was offered., nothing. So, think twice before going to that place to have your RV serviced.

I called and the manager simply said it's probably residual and just bring it in in the morning bro, like that's ok and that my driveway is now dirty with oil and talking disrespectfully and not caring. Now I hope it's not going to keep leaking and i don't even trust they put the proper synthetic oil in it. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!!! Not sure what all these good reviews are about, I'll probably have to go get it checked at the dealership and make sure they didn't mess anything up! Very disappointed!!!! Sloppy work, unprofessional, careless and wouldn't necessarily say courteous. Do not trust this place! I just checked on my car and there are still leak spots coming down. Update: I did go back to allow them to make things right and had them check my car, they did assure me there was no leak coming from the oil change and did clean up some of the residual oil that spilled over, which an employee admitted to overpouring the oil when filling it. Everything was fine until the owner showed up, I thought to apologize but no to argue with me and even claim that I had a previous oil leak it turns out even though I have never had a drop of oil spill on my driveway since I have had this car in 7 years, but apparently for her it is ok to have oil from what they admitted was from over filling the oil, she continued to state that she is happy that she will not have to deal with me and my business anymore so did not really care about my concerns, with this type of customer service from an owner who would want to even do business with this place. Here is an updated picture of the oil that dripped after getting home and overnight, luckily, I parked my car on the street and put this cardboard underneath, otherwise this would have been all over my driveway, which the owner saw no issue with this type of workmanship. I wish you luck on rolling the dice and going here!
