First time I've ever experienced being harassed at an oil change facility. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes in one line while I watched at least five other cars in the line next to me get thru so I decided to ask how much longer it was going to be before my car was next. The gentleman who had been originally helping me was very kind but didn't know what to tell me. So he went to find out, which I appreciated because I was late to meet clients. Meanwhile, another mechanic came up to my window, crouched down bending his knees and putting his face at the edge of my window and said "We've been making you wait because we've been looking at your nice watch" I was astonished. Really? I was unable to get out of my door if I wanted to, he was right there. I was unable to back up, there were three or four cars behind me. I was the next car into the bay so unable to move forward. I had no way out and couldn't believe how I was treated. Never again. read more

The service I received was fast, top quality, and all the staff was very friendly and personable. I was even allowed to stay in the car while it was being worked on. New to the area, needed an oil change, checked Yelp and came across Oil Changers. No wait on Sunday morning, in and out in 15 minutes. Recommended some services which I declined, no hard sell which is appreciated. They let me watch while they worked, called out items as they went through the checklist, and showed me the dipstick after they were done to "prove" they put in new oil at the appropriate level. Courteous, professional folks who got straight to work, did not waste time on idle chatter. Costs slightly more than the big name shops, but happy to pay more for the level of professionalism and service here. Impressed enough I purchased a card for 4 oil changes (buy 3 get 1 free, total of $103) for the future. read more

Having some issues with them lately unfortunately. Guys there are usually great. Now the company charges you if you bring your own filters as well as insists you exit your vehicle and wait in their waiting before you even get to the point of them working on your vehicle. I understand offering it to people as a means to save gas but some people have reasons medically for not exiting their car, which I thought was majority of the reason to come here. Excellent service! This is the fastest and easiest oil change I have ever experienced. It was done in about 20 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of my car! They also washed my windows and checked my lights. They were friendly and not pushy at all. There were recommendations just like with any other place but no pressure which I appreciate.
