He let me know that my air filter was ready to be changed, showed me that my transmission oil was doing well and when I should get them serviced next. My Dad took his pick up (it's only 2 years old) to have the oil changed. Got home, oil had dripped on the lines underneath and to top it off , the oil was dark! I don't think they even used synthetic oil. What a rip off! My Dad said never again!!!! read more

I wouldn't normally review an oil change place. Let alone give it five stars, because businesses like this charge way more than it costs to do it yourself and I'd imagine they don't share their profits as well as they should with their employees. But the employees here were great, good price compared to other places, fast even with a line, Travis was very helpful, topped off my fluids, mentioned maintenence my car needs but weren't pushy about wanting me to pay them to do it and everyone there was professional and working hard. Always took my vehicles to Oil Changers. Decided to change the wife's oil on her car cause I could do it cheaper and had the extra time. When I climbed under the car where the filter was I noticed missing clips and the plastic shroud barely hanging on. This is a city car to and from work. Had to be their poor craftsmanship. You might want to double check their work next time you go. read more

This place is great to go for a quick oil change. The staff is very nice and helpful and get you out in a timely manner if there is no line or a lot of people waiting before you. I've hardly been here when there's a rush but even with the rush I'm pretty sure they'd have you out in a timely manner. Me because I'm just starting out and money is a little tight I'm sure $60 - $70 is not a bad price for those who are good on money. At least that's what I paid for my car and in my opinion is a great price. read more

I have a Subaru and it takes full synthetic. This place has a nice staff, but they are subject to a poor business model. They charged me $20 more then the other guy and nothing extra was done. In fact, I left still low on windshield wiper fluid, when the other guy tops off all fluid for $20 less. They don't even take competitor coupons to stay competitive. "You guys are $20 more"....(response)"sorry about that". read more

So I took my moms car to oil changers, because this is my regular place to go. When we pulled up we noticed a new guy, super sweet... but new. Which nothing is wrong with that. But as time progressed we noticed almost all workers being rude to the new guy. It came off very unprofessional, and I think it is just wrong. It made me rethink about where I change my oil, because of the way these guys communicate. You should be encouraging people to learn more, not bashing them. read more

Great, fast service! Got an oil change with the yelp discount for ~$30 a couple months ago, and they checked a few other things too. My old car burns oil really fast, so I was happy to hear they offer a free top-off within 3000 miles. When I checked my oil level today it was nearly empty (less than 1000 miles later...). Drove straight to Oil Changers, no other cars there, in and out in 5 minutes full on oil, clean windshield (and more washer fluid!), tire pressures checked - there were 3 guys and they work very efficiently together. Great deal for me because it easily costs $20 just to refill 4 quarts myself and I always spill some :/ Will be back! read more

So 3 big problems with the service. First they did not tell me that your company only uses 10-30 oil. I had to ask what they put in my truck? When I did i received a rude response. So then I had to go to another shop to have it changed. Thanks for wasting my time. Secondly they didn't ask what I wanted my tire pressure set to. They didn't check the tires or the ford sticker. Thirdly the windshield cleaning was half done and halfway successful. The windshield in front of the driver was smeared and the passenger side was left undone. Why even do it if you can't be competent cleaning a window? Lastly I was not informed of the price until they were finished. What happened to a quote up front, letting me know that your company uses only 10-30, asking me what i like my tire pressure set to, and cleaning a windshield? read more

Great customer service, the guys are friendly and great at explaining services. Nice that you sit in your car while they service it especially since my 3 month old was sleeping in her car seat. They recommend services but are not pushy in having those services completed with them. I was told I needed a new air filter and they showed me my current air filter which was nice to actually see that a new one was needed. Before they replaced the air filter they showed me the new one before they put it in so I knew it was actually replaced. read more
