Jerry & Josh were great team!
Retsuko B.

Jerry and Josh from Ohana Screen Master did a great job on my 40 year old window hinges in my bedroom that no other contractor could do! They also fixed weather strips and rollers on huge lanai door, so it glides quietly / smoothly and won't rattle on windy days! Gentlemen were both very friendly and down to earth, so very easy to deal with. They should be called the window & screen master!

We found Eric Blanco in the Yelp page and read all his reviews and found the right person for the job. We engaged Eric to design 2 matching wardrobe cabinets to blend in with our existing built in shelving. Eric installed the 2 wardrobe cabinets using solid oak that he stained to the exact color of my existing shelving, the wardrobe closets was beautifully built with lights upon opening and drawers and shelf . We are very happy with his work, he's meticulous, detailed and is always happy , his crews are also very friendly and conscious . We know he is standing by his work and will come back to fix or make any changes that we ask him to do. We highly recommend Eric for anything pertaining to woodworking , he's the best in Honolulu! We can't compare his custom made work with others quotes from closets company since the other closets company are made of prefab unit and mostly are pressed wood, when Eric's cabinets prices are a little higher but the quality is so much better! Thank you Eric for a job well done!

He is trusworthy and honest. I chose Hardwood Mahagon for my bedroom door and closet. It's just beautiful. I'm so happy with the results of my bi-fold door and closet door and shelving. Mana and his team has walked us through every step of the way from his mobile showroom to the wonderfully clear product. Mana also told me to try and find pricing on his competitors...not even close and not to even sacrifice quality. Unfortunately, we had some busted screens during the process of the home construction, but Kawika (service bruddah) came out checked um, and when he was here I kept asking, what about this one and this one and this one too. He just took them all out, got them repaired and reinstalled them no questions asked. Super Aloha. And this is months after we've been living in the house. Would I recommend....absolutely! Maybe Mana can also throw in a round of golf at OCC as well if you purchase now. Update update, nearly a year later Kawika was very thorough and wanted to ensure our sliding doors were working. He was very tedious and ensured they were installed to the best of his ability. He also noticed walking by some windows that there were some weep holes missing and he offered to fix that too! Kawika accepts tips as snacks are welcome hahaha!

We are now having to resort to legal action. We prepaid the $17K last Sept. 2025 for 3 sliding glass doors and a window. On Sept. 5, Mana told us installation would happen in November. November came and went. Since then we have repeatedly emailed, called and texted both Mana and Paul. We got some response initially, and a promise for delivery in Spring 2026. Spring came and went. We have since been completely ghosted as we have tried to contact them, sometimes daily, asking for an installation date or for a refund. In late July, we sent a letter from a lawyer saying that if we did not receive the materials we have paid for, or a refund within 3 weeks, we would pursue legal action. Unfortunately, this is now what we are forced to do. This company installed windows for us a few years ago and our experience was good. I provided a 5-star rating in 2023. We maintain some hope that Paul and Mana will do the minimally correct thing and deliver the materials we have paid for, or refund our money.

I also mentioned that I would like the hardware on the windows replaced and new screen doors ordered. Larry was able to locate the rollers for these ancient doors and have the screens and screen doors ordered. On installation day everything I asked for was done and the place looks a lot better, not to mention the doors can now be opened. He was very careful and pointed out that there was a problem with one of the windows and recommended that it be taken care of. I called Thomas at the office and he got right to work trying to find a vendor to supply the necessary hardware. Thomas even sent me a text today to let me know that he is still trying to find a source since these are old jalousies. I am hoping for a solution, but am confident that Thomas will find something for me. I felt that for the amount of work and materials provided that the price was more than fair. I will recommend CCI Windows if you need a professional job at a fair price.

They explained the pricing and the time-frame required to make the door. On installation day two workers showed up to do the job, and they were technically proficient, polite, courteous, and professional. The quality and workmanship of the door is excellent.
