I recently found Dr. Caroline online. I was surprised and happy that I was able to get an appointment with her as quickly as I did because I thought it was gonna be something like months out. Also, the added Plus was my initial visit with her was at no cost to me rather than what I had seen in other facilities I had checked out for your first time contact. Dr. Caroline came across as very genuine, friendly Earnestly wanting to help, full of information and supporting me regarding the program I wanted to do with her. I'm thrilled to be moving forward with my program with her. I would highly recommend anybody moving forward to her and get information that would truly benefit them.! read more

Menopause hit me like a ton of bricks, and left those bricks around my midsection. Up to this point, stepping up my workout would get rid of the extra pounds...not anymore. I was not going to let things be, and decided to take action! After seeing friends and family having success with GLP-1, I decided to give it a shot. I wanted a clinic where I could go in person, my progress could be tracked, potential side effects monitored and treated. I am into my third week of semaglutide + B12, and I am happy with my progress! I haven't experienced any untoward side effects, but did make one happy discovery: my brain fog has cleared. I had my thyroid removed in 2008 (FU cancer), and have been on replacement hormones. Years of adjusting dosage, I finally got to feeling 'just alright' but never quite feeling myself. I tired easily, brain was hazy, but hey, my labs looked great which was all my first doc cared about. Dr. Carolyn is a holistic practitioner - even if you're not looking to lose weight but in search of a physician who cares about your overall wellness, I highly recommend her. Here's to a happy and healthy 2026! read more

Everyone there was so kind on knowledgable! From booking my appt all the way through my appt, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend! :) read more

Horrible bedside manner. Doesn't listen to patient, and starts judging you on your skin and all the spots you have and what to do with them. I didn't come here for a dermatology appointment I came for shots. Then she tells me I need help with my face and to buy more treatments, and that I will need much much more help when I'm older... wow WTF? At the end DR Carolyn didn't even look at me or thank me just walked away. I've never been treated so bad like this before by someone I'm paying a lot of money to. read more

I joined Ohana MedSpa on Monday, January 19th for their GLP-1 services, and from start to finish, the experience has been seamless and supportive. Signing up online was incredibly convenient. The online consultation survey was thorough yet very easy to complete, I did the whole thing from my phone without any issues. From there, the appointment reminders were super helpful and included clear directions and contact information for both their Honolulu and Kona locations, which I really appreciated. Going into my first appointment, I was honestly nervous. I've been rejected before by medical providers because my insurance didn't cover GLP-1 services, so I was bracing myself for that again. At Ohana MedSpa, I didn't have that problem. I joined during their $199 first month discount promotion and was cleared to start right away on 0.25 weekly injections along with a B12 vitamin injection. During my first visit, I was weighed using a comprehensive scale that measures body fat, muscle mass, and other key metrics. Within about 45 minutes, I had completed the intake, review, and received my first injection. The appointment was thorough but efficient. My follow-up appointment was just as smooth. The team took time to walk me though how to self-inject, answered all my questions, and sent me home with the remaining month's injections since I already have a scale at home. At each visit, they track progress and side effects through their app, which makes the whole process feel very intentional and well monitored (during my first week I experienced some nausea and fatigue, and week two was mostly fatigue but they were clear that everyone's experience is different). If you're looking to start your weight loss journey in a private, supportive, and judgement free environment, I highly recommend Ohana MedSpa. I felt informed, respected and genuinely supported every step of the way. For Honolulu, parking at Restaurant Row is validated. read more
