If my step dad wasn't pestering the lady for a next round they wouldn't have checked on us and we would've been waiting for 30 minutes. While we were waiting for the second round the lady told us to turn off our heater when we're not using it, the man later came and turned it back on and told us to keep it at level 400-500. The next time we got the food she tried to put all the meat on the fryer again my step dad said "It's okay we got it, thank you" she looked at us like we didn't know what we were doing. Later on she looked at how we put everything on the fryer she looked and laughed at us TWICE.

We also noticed that sesame oil, which is typically offered at most Korean restaurants, was not provided and seemed to be kept behind the counter instead of being offered to our table. One thing that stood out to us was that we were the only Asian customers dining at the time. We observed staff spending a significant amount of time checking in on other tables multiple times, while our table did not receive the same level of attention. The difference in attentiveness felt noticeable, and honestly, it felt intentional. At the end of our visit, no one thanked us or said goodbye, which made the experience feel impersonal, especially since we were there celebrating a birthday. We came in excited to celebrate together as a family. While the food was good, the lack of attentiveness and communication impacted our overall experience. Had the grill-cook finished it with a drizzle of tonkatsu-sauce, it would've been closer to what was suggested on the menu. They should rename it "pan-fried beef-noodles" instead. Sure wasn't Beef Yakisoba. Other than that, table-side service was excellent, and the sushi was first rate. Just not the "yakisoba", cuz it wasn't. I will upgrade and edit this review if a few things are fixed.
