We had to add a couple appointments in because I gained some weight, and she had to let the dress back out again. I was a bit worried, but she assured me it'd all be okay. And it was! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She's super professional, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. Her appointments are quick and efficient. And her studio space is so beautiful! She also walked two of my bridesmaids through how to fluff and bustle the dress. I think them having that practice round was essential. Because I had a strapless dress with only a few inches of fabric holding it up, I was a little nervous about the little hook in the back ripping off. She had reinforced it, but I was still slightly worried about it. That sucker stayed put all night! And even though my dress got stepped on a couple times, it didn't appear that any of the bustle points popped off. All the pictures turned out great, and the dress fit like a glove. I highly recommend Heather. You won't be disappointed!

I went in there stressing and she walked me through like a real professional through the steps she needs to take to fix my suit jacket. It looked 10x better than how I received it "tailored" for the black tux. Super reasonable cost as well for same day alterations! She gave me a solid timeline for when it would be done and she stuck to her word, at 6:30 she called me like she said she would and told me it was ready for pickup. The jacket couldn't have fit any better than Cinderella's slipper! Perfect match on my body and really boosted my confidence and made me feel less stressed about my wedding day (next day) 10/10 recommend Goy should be given a bonus and some PTO for her work

I was assured that would not be a problem A bid was made, I thought it was very expensive but I agreed, thinking this company must be good. Not only was the item not ready when needed, the item was basically destroyed due to taking the dress apart and not putting it back together properly. I ended up wearing the dress for the event, praying the entire time that I wasn't going to have a "wardrobe malfunction". Essentially, I was over-charged for a poor quality job, that wasn't finished, and not done in a timely manner. On top of that, she claimed she lost the beautiful hang up bag that came with the gown from Dillards Department Store. When I pushed the matter, she found it, wadded up in a box. I asked for a refund for the poor job and for ruining an expensive gown. We went back and forth over several months. She refused. If zero stars was an option, I'd have given this business a zero.
