No appointment needed, I just walked in and explained what I needed done and tried on the dress. I appreciated that the seamstress warned me that the front was going to get tighter in my chest and lay a little closer together, luckily this was the goal for me. She was not accountable for her screw up and said the dress looked great. The wedding is 2 weeks away and my mom had to beg another tailor to help her in the midst of their busy season since she can't order a new one in such a short period of time. I would not trust Carole with tailoring. Go somewhere else. So disappointed. This is the only vendor during our wedding experience that was a complete disaster.
