I was told it could take a while to get my dress back but I didn't mind! I believe it took about 4 weeks to get my dress back which was very fast in my opinion! It was $250 which is quite a bit considering how much you spend on your dress in the first place, but I needed mine for a reception later in the year so I had no choice. After inspecting the dress when I got home, it honestly didn't look THAT much different than when I brought it in. They got the tulle pieces more clean than I could, but the under layer is still very orange. At least it smells good, staff was nice and kept in good communication. I would go back for other items!
