It was filled with sand and dirt that I mainly rinsed off before flying home but it was left with a bad smell and some orange on the bottom of the dress. I was told it could take a while to get my dress back but I didn't mind! I believe it took about 4 weeks to get my dress back which was very fast in my opinion! It was $250 which is quite a bit considering how much you spend on your dress in the first place, but I needed mine for a reception later in the year so I had no choice. After inspecting the dress when I got home, it honestly didn't look THAT much different than when I brought it in. They got the tulle pieces more clean than I could, but the under layer is still very orange. At least it smells good, staff was nice and kept in good communication. I would go back for other items!

I have taken them back on many occasions for tune ups and many repairs because they did not work properly. Both were faulty machines. I have gotten rid of my past sewing machine now, but still have troubles with the embroider. They were always happy to charge me $150 for repairs. It was always my fault, that I was using the wrong thread or something and whatever. When i finally realized that I had defective sewing machines, I went to exchange the machine and they would not let me go with anything less than $2,500. I took the machine home and ordered a $600 machine on Amazon. It works perfectly. I would NOT recommend buying a machine from them.

I could tell right off the bat she dislikes her job very much based off her attitude and tone of voice. Unfortunately she weighed them and told me it wouldn't be until 6 days later all my laundry would be done. Not a huge deal but I thought it was a little crazy a laundry place takes a week to do laundry but that's just me. tried something new to help myself out and unfortunately it didn't go as planned. I said I will have to take my items back due to the wait and she didn't explain anything as to why the wait was so long other than the days they are closed. she quietly brought up and stuff and didn't say anything. Very very strange interaction for a first time service and i most certainly will not be back to any locations. I work in the service industry myself and this was a very low tier attempt at good service.

When I got the drapes home, I expected the lighter one to no longer match the set, but both panels still had multiple stains on them. The lighter panel, it was about 8 inches shorter than the rest of the set the panel that is the correct color it has multiple stains like it wasn't cleaned. And it's missing the grommet off the top.

I had a suspicion that my old dress shirts might need some alterations and I was right. I could no longer button the top button. Rather than buy a couple of new shirts I decided to see if my old shirts which hadn't been worn much could be altered. My wife had used A Better Fit so I gave them a call and the lady I spoke with said she could do what I wanted. I dropped off my shirts and got them back in a couple of weeks. She came up with an ingenious fix and the charge was minimal. A Better Fit is a little hard to find as it is located in a small commercial building which houses a State Farm agency and a couple of other small businesses. You need to be alert to find it. Most of the work she seems to do is on wedding gowns but I was very happy with the service and I highly recommend.
