Long story short- bc of my procrastination I requested to have a bridesmaid dress altered two weeks before a wedding. Mary was sooo sweet, thorough and quick. Again do to my fault, I needed the bust of the dress taken in about 1" ( I told her it felt fine when I picked it up). I called Mary in a panic at 11 am the day before the wedding and she got it done before her day ended at 5 and wouldn't let me pay her for it!! . I cannot express how grateful I am for Mary. She is my new go-to seamstress!

When I posted a review on Google Maps she replied me what a horrible person I was. (And I noticed she had the same reaction with customers with a similiar experience.) While she does have a lot of 5 star reviews, make sure you check the one stars. Horrible communication and even worse costumer relations.

We had to add a couple appointments in because I gained some weight, and she had to let the dress back out again. I was a bit worried, but she assured me it'd all be okay. And it was! She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She's super professional, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. Her appointments are quick and efficient. And her studio space is so beautiful! She also walked two of my bridesmaids through how to fluff and bustle the dress. I think them having that practice round was essential. Because I had a strapless dress with only a few inches of fabric holding it up, I was a little nervous about the little hook in the back ripping off. She had reinforced it, but I was still slightly worried about it. That sucker stayed put all night! And even though my dress got stepped on a couple times, it didn't appear that any of the bustle points popped off. All the pictures turned out great, and the dress fit like a glove. I highly recommend Heather. You won't be disappointed!

Her prices are beyond reasonable and I was happy to pay an increased fee for a rush item. This is the second time I've been to Miss Patricia and needed something done in a rush three days or less and she obliged and her craftsmanship is amazing. This cute little shop reminds me of my grandmother's sewing nook whenever we needed anything darned, hemmed taken in or taken out she was happy to do it and that's exactly how Miss Patricia is. I would recommend her to anyone. She has altered several expensive and delicate garments for me as well as suits, blazers and blouses. Miss Patricia I'm quite sure could alter anything.
