Taryn was very short, unprofessional, and unhelpful over the phone. I have never had anything professionally tailored before, so this was a new experience for me and I have no frame of reference. While describing the alterations I was looking for, she was distracted, cursed under her breath, and said something about a dog(?). She asked when I would need it by, and--okay, I recognize that I was asking too much by needing it in less than a week, but it's something relatively simple that I was considering doing myself (which I will clearly be doing now) and she didn't even let me get out an apology before hanging up. I know it's an additional ask, but I would've really appreciated a rough estimate for the service regardless, and especially an explanation of how much time services like this tend to take, so I could know for the future. They explain everything regarding any alteration you may be getting, and make sure that their work is accurate before proceeding further. If you have any questions regarding an alteration you are getting done, they are very knowledgeable and always give you other options based on your alteration needs. Worst experience ever! We paid almost $1,300 for the valances (pictured here). We obviously can't…read moreuse them as they are hideous and have exposed staples, are crooked, dip in the middle and are rippled. Stephen was late in getting the valances done and asked for another day because he was having "an issue" and had to "fix it". We were disappointed when we picked them up. He offered no refunds and said we asked for crooked curtains with staples and said we AGREED TO PAY EVEN IF THEY DIDN'T TURN OUT. Who would agree to that? Nobody!
