I'm baffled by some of these comments and honestly I'm wondering if they actually went to a different location, because she is solid. She repaired large off-seam rips in expensive yoga pants and they look fantastic - $17 for the repair vs $120 for a new pair of pants. At times she has told me - "I'm not set up to do this job, but you can take it to XYZ shop and they can help,", which I appreciate. She is professional and I think she does pretty much everything on her own, so if you feel like she isn't being nice enough, maybe she is just in a hurry to get back to work (to be clear, that's *not* my experience at all). I have a ton of respect for this business and she's watching her grandkids at times to boot to help family.

The second one required taking in at the top and hemmed for $140. The first one was so large on the top, but Roberta didn't want to alter it. She told my daughter to use tape! Long story short- bc of my procrastination I requested to have a bridesmaid dress altered two weeks before a wedding. Mary was sooo sweet, thorough and quick. Again do to my fault, I needed the bust of the dress taken in about 1" ( I told her it felt fine when I picked it up).
