No appointment needed, I just walked in and explained what I needed done and tried on the dress. I appreciated that the seamstress warned me that the front was going to get tighter in my chest and lay a little closer together, luckily this was the goal for me. I had asked to get it back a week later and she did it even faster! For only $15, a quick and easy pickup and nice service, I totally recommend this place. This is now my favorite dress thanks to these alterations!

I had a white faux fur coat that had gotten black hair spray residue from a cruella devil costume on the collar - and needed it cleaned in a short turn around for a formal event. They managed to get the spots out AND meet my deadlines. There was no wait to drop off or pick up which was also nice if you're in a hurry. Service was friendly. I have no complains
