They were prompt and had the chocolates finished on a compressed timetable, even though we only were able to provide one mold. My fiancée used to work at Teuscher, and while CCD's chocolate isn't exactly at that level, she was more than pleased with the flavor, consistency, and tempering. (Of course, it also came to less than half the price per pound!) The chocolates came out gorgeous. Sharp transitions, smooth edges, no significant burrs or voids. I posted a quickie snapshot. Marilyn clearly takes pride in her work and it shows. Best of all, they were substantially less expensive than having it done in the city.
