Went late on a Sunday night - it's tucked around a corner. You could order the dumplings steamed or fried. We waited about 10 min for the dumplings (even though they told us 15) and the sampler came with dipping sauce and spicy sauce (if you wanted). There's not much room to eat inside the restaurant, but people seemed to be moving in and out pretty quickly. Most importantly - the dumplings were delicious. My favorite of the sampler was probably the pork!

I did REALLY love their chili oil, a great blend that wasn't overly five-spice flavored. I also was intrigued to try their 'Sweet Pork Mo'. The bread was an interesting texture with being slightly crunchy. I've never tried something like this so I can't compare. I did enjoy it but not sure if I'd pick this over a scallion pancake wrap. I definitely want to try a few more menu items in the future.

The softness of the bun itself was like a cloud, paired with a flavorful sauce. My head was definitely in the clouds eating it. The portion size of the Vegan Cong You noodles was generous and they were cooked well. The only thing I'd change is adding more flavor to them. They tasted pretty plain, so had to add some hot sauce to give some extra zest to the dish. The brown sugar bubble milk (no tea) was average. Could've been a bit sweeter, but overall was ok. The lid design was so cute! I'd definitely order the bun from here again (so delicious!) and try other items on the menu!

I didn't realize this spot had multiple locations, but I dropped by because the aesthetic gave off a small local family business vibe and I wanted to grab a quick bite. I got the rainbow set to try all their different dumplings. The flavors were pretty standard, nothing particularly outstanding, but the wrappers were thin and crispy, which was the best part. My biggest gripe was the price. Eight dumplings cost about twelve dollars, which feels steep considering they were regular-sized. You could easily get amazing dumplings in Chinatown for less than half the price. The spot itself is pretty small and only has a few chairs, so you'll most likely end up standing while you eat. read more

Solid and fast casual Chinese food. The pork buns were the best, and the pork cabbage dumplings and scallion pancakes were good too. The sesame noodles were a bit bland in my opinion, but still good. Limited counter seating (like four seats), of which we were able to snag two Saturday ~7 PM. Fast service. read more

The lamb bing is delicious. I would go back for that anytime. I haven't tried their dumplings yet. I found the prices to be a little on the expensive side. I also tried their chili chicken, fried rice, and half and half lemonade. It was all pretty good but those 3 items came up to $27. I don't think it was good enough or a big enough portion to warrant that price. Generally I think there are some great deals to be had but some things are over priced. NYC rents driving up prices wins again smh. read more

The rou gamo are great (this is why I go). BUT while I want to say this place is a perfect choice for the basics, the egg fried rice was covered in dehydrated garlic bits which threw me off. Was totally inescapable as it's mixed throughout the dish. also I know fried rice is always made with somewhat old rice but damn there's a limit. This is what to expect from Asian fusion I guess. Service is great super fast obviously not friendly but you're not going for that . Ambiance N/A. read more

Popped in here for a quick late lunch. Wasn't busy at all, and the person at the counter was helpful enough. Definitely a place to take out. No ambiance whatsoever. Super quick though! Opted for the assorted dumpling plate that came with each dumpling available. All of them were quite good. The ones I wouldn't have picked were actually better than the ones I would have. Would definitely pop back in if I need something quick. read more

Solid dumplings. Food came out pretty quick. We had a pretty large group and took over the minimal seating they had. Pork and chive dumplings are good. Pork buns are comparable to most I've had. The jian bing was an egg coated crepe with a sweet sauce like hoisin (which I don't think it is). There is nothing wrong with it, but in hindsight I would have preferred the burger. I didn't realize the full menu wasn't displayed inside. They just have pictures of dumplings and a few items on the wall. The full menu is posted outside or online. There dumplings are good. Service was good. Quick and calm. Just want to give my honest opinion. Around this area isn't a lot of bubble tea places near by decided to try it out for the second time. First time I got Brown sugar boba. To start it tasted bitter and water down. Now today I decided to try out 3 drinks. Taro milk boba , Mango green tea, & passion fruit boba. The taro milk tasted like unsweetened milk and basically it. Not good but wouldn't say I can't drink it. Now the mango green tea tasted like straight tap water the popping bubbles gave it flavor. Now the passion fruit was good. Only thing it went over on the sweetness which I genuinely didn't mind. Overall I don't want to discourage anyone or throw shade to the restaurant because I'm more than happy to have it in my neighborhood but the boba could be better. I tried the sweet pork Bing. It was my first time eating on of these and I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the flavors and it was very filling. I also ordered some of the pan fried dumplings. I ate them the following day. I'm sure they taste better fresh but they were pretty good reheated the second day. I would get another Bing if I were in the area. read more

The food is tasty and I've eaten at the other location on Bergen St multiple times, but something was off this time and I ended up getting food poisoning. I got the spicy pork dumplings and the spicy cold noodle, but I barely ate any noodles. On the other hand the staff is so incredibly friendly. read more

I've been to this place many times. This was my last. The quality has completely fallen off. I ordered pork and cabbage dumplings online for pickup. First, my order was ready too quickly. I only live two blocks away. I left immediately after I placed the order, knowing I would most likely have to wait there a few minutes until the order was ready. Not only was my order ready but I was already packaged and in the bag When I got home, I realized the dumplings were properly prepared because they were cold in the center and my bubble tea hardly had any ice in it. Would that I could eat here every day! I always have the tough decision of choosing the pork jianbing or the rainbow dumplings and sometimes, I just get both because I can't decide. I'd also been looking for a nearby place to get bags of frozen dumplings and was thrilled to learn they have them here. While I mean to keep them for those lazy nights where I don't want to cook, I end up going through the bag very quickly because they're such great quality. I also ordered their new dish with has abalone and sea cucumber; this is not part of a set meal. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has that umami sweetness that comes from a great soup base and the noodles are delicious as usual. The abalone was tender, the sea cucumber had a bite to it. There was fish maw and wood ear in there as well.

A manager approached us and informed us that outside food was not permitted, even though purchases had been made. We were then asked to leave and eat outside in the hot weather. I understand that businesses have policies regarding outside food, and I respect the need to enforce them. However, I believe this situation could have been handled with greater compassion and understanding, given that the group consisted of individuals with disabilities who rely on packed lunches due to financial limitations. As someone who has consistently supported your establishment, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be bringing my business or the individuals I support to your establishment.
