I've visited here to mail packages as well as use the printing services. Because I'm able to access the printers without help from the employees, I can usually get out of there pretty quickly. The biggest downside is that on more than one occasion the printer has been out of ink. Where it gets tricky is when you have to mail a package and interact with the employees, because the team has zero motivation to be quick or efficient. If you're able to get there when there isn't a line, you might have a chance to get out of there quicker, but otherwise just know they will be taking their TIME. Movers showed up 25 minutes late on move day, had the audacity to ask for a tip, over-rode my instruction as to arrival time at the new location and approached the front desk to start unloading before my arrival, after I told them we had the elevator booked at a certain time. Apparently they had a full move after mine, which is something the "old " New City never did, so they were in a rush. I was willing to let all that slide until the next day I noticed that they drilled too far in to my clients dining table while assembling it and cracked the top of it in four areas. Funny how the lead Juan made sure to point out any items while packing that were previously damaged, or scratches on the floor of the new unit when we entered, but neglected to inform me that he busted my clients table right before he left for his next job. oh and for the record, I had tips for each team member on both pack and move day. point is, no one in service should ask for a tip. it's tacky. This is a review specifically about the new Staples "Bins" program. The idea is such that all items…read moreare 14 dollars starting Fridays and the price goes down 2 bucks a day until items are 2 dollars by Thursday. My wife and I were quite excited for the program and we have gone five different days now at different price points and we both agree that: 1- this was a great idea in theory. 2- this is not working at all. 3- you can't just upload Amazon trash on your customers and call it a deal. The VAST MAJORITY of the items are not worth spending a dollar on. These have to be items where it would be a loss for Amazon to restock it so they sell it in bulk to Staples and staples tries to make a couple bucks selling literal garbage to your already dwindling brick and mortar clientele. It's embarrassing for your company. I'm old school so I'll still pop in from time to time when I need pencils, but the bins are a complete failure.

Staples would not take it back and said I need to work through Hewlett-Packard. I only came to Staples and didn't order on Amazon because I try to support local businesses, bad move, don't support this one. They could've very easily exchanged it and dealt with Hewlett-Packard and kept a good customer. They have a two week policy for return even if it's damaged or broken or defective! Beware! So sorry I didn't use Amazon. Stick with Amazon customer service as far as superior.
