This was the worst customer service experience I have had in a long, long time. Needless to say, she didn't know the menu and needed to come back again to get details on our meal (this is not her fault, and who made the decision to have a trainee work her 1st day on a holiday without supervision). We did receive our food, but couldn't get a refill on my iced tea because our server never check in on us. I didn't see our actual server until I had completed my meal. I asked to see the manager. I explained all of this to the manager and she had zero empathy for our situation. Instead, she defended the ladies at the front and said the training server was one of her better servers. All she offered was a faint, half-hearted apology. I've worked as a server and can understand when someone is in the weeds. In this case, it was just horrible service, and a manager who didn't appear to understand what quality service is. The food was fine ... not sure if it is worth the hassle.
