I've brought my service dog in here a few times. Each time I'm met with dirty looks and questioning glances from the workers and patrons. Each barista asks me for proof of service, which I have provided over and over again. Now people in the coffee shop have started asking probing questions which is humiliating and intrusive. Lovely interior that had me imagining Hemingway might of sat here. There are palm trees, leather chairs and rows of tables. Free WiFi. The cold brew was smooth and tasty. The line to order was a touch long and I can't say the place is warm and inviting but it's atmospheric. It's not "Jersey shore" and that's a compliment. I'd definitely return. This place has a great atmosphere very high ceiling tons of natural light. Its location in a old financial institution, this structure is wonderful for a cafe / coffee shop. The Service was very polite and efficient. I food is not five star, however it was better than adequate. I would recommend not warming up any pastry because of the use of a microwave over that they use, it take the nice crispy pastry and turn it into mush something lacking any texture. read more

Met a friend here on a Friday morning and it was lovely. The new location is an old bank and they kept a lot of the characteristics of the building! I got a latte and an almond croissant and both were very tasty! The latte had a lot of foam and was served in an adorable blue cup and saucer. There is a good amount of seating and there were a lot of people working at various tables while enjoying a coffee. Thick and rich espresso, and to my delight, they have cinnamon out to spruce it up. They have a variety of sweet and savory food options made by local bakery The Downstairs Kitchen. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant was very tasty, but the buttery biscuit was my fave food item we tried. Plenty of croissants, scones, sticky buns, quiche, etc available. Nice options. What sets them apart is the welcoming atmosphere and equally welcoming staff. And the mini bust of Homer. read more

My husband and I came here one morning for coffee here walking on the boardwalk. He ordered a vanilla ice coffee. We couldn't taste the vanilla in it at all and the coffee just tasted like nothing. I had the caramel iced latte, all the caramel was at the bottom and sometimes I could taste it but overall it wasn't good. Unfortunately this was some of the worst coffees we ever had. A wonderful new location. Building is cozy and relaxing. Their coffee is amazing. Fresh, smooth, and not bitter. The workers are genuinely friendly and happy. There's a selection of different types of places to relax, including a back room that feels a little like a library with comfortable chairs. They have a small art gallery, and clothes with the Odyssey logo that you can purchase. The clientele is a mix of every genre and age, all happily relaxing and enjoying themselves. Prices are very reasonable, and the selection of pastries and sandwiches is broad. No pets are allowed in there, which I am grateful for, but it is kid friendly, with pastries and drinks that they would enjoy. I come here three times a week. The service is fast and accurate.
