I needed to print off some documents for work and I came in ready to be there for a while. Inevitably things always go wrong, so I assumed the worst. This location proved me wrong! I was in and out in 30 minutes and they were super helpful. I'm so relieved! Tip: if you need something printed, email the store's specific email beforehand with your document. You should be able to find it online or call. That way you can walk in and get your documents right away, or be ready to go if you need to give instructions in person. read more

That being said, I did have an experience where I picked up a voice recorder and they came out $144, however it was advertised at the store for $69.99. This location is a bit hidden and parking is a nightmare if you come here during the day since the Miami-dade permitting department is next door and always full. Service in the store is not that great and you always have to wait in line. Interior is not well organized. The plus side is that they always seem to have great deals and beat officedepot on price almost all the time. read more

The lot around the store is usually empty. 2) It's usually pretty empty, so long lines have never been a problem. 3) They either keep it pretty organized or the lack of traffic keeps it organized, but either way... I went in to print out some documents, there was a rather long line about 6 people infront of me. A team member attended everyone that was waiting to expedite the line. Very bad service! Not customer oriented at all. It seems like it's ghostly empty...but when you try to get someone to help you, they dodge.

Ok, so I regularly go to this office max because the location is convenient but that is the main reason because I do not like the customer service whatsoever!! Parking is good and the place is normally a bit empty but the staff seems as if they are being forced to work there against their will. Specially the ones who work the printing center, have a somewhat rude attitude, are very vague. Do not even answer or see you standing there with already a line formed and continue whatever they are doing just making you wait with no explanation. I am very disappointed that all of there staff is like this. They will treat you as you normally expect only if you are a friend. If you can go somewhere else, do. This place has horrible customer service at the printing station. Man walked away with my usb and did not tell me to follow him. I have many files on my usb and he would have needed me to tell him what I needed to print. When I went over to the table where he was, he started using his phone... he seemed like he didn't want to be there.Then when i said that i had a spc account code on my phone he was like no no, took my phone then said next time you need the physical card, then looks at me again and says remember. While I understand why that would be the case, I never had a problem elsewhere and I am indeed a member of the program that allows for discounts for printing. I did not appreciate the attitude that he was giving off. There's also no space with supplies where you can compile your papers, staplers, hole punchers tape etc. It's behind the counter so you have to ask. The rest of the store seems nice. This review is just for the middle aged man working the printing station. If you don't want to do your job then have self service stations set up where I can print myself. Also the ink seemed to be running out on some of my pages. But there was an younger worker who, I guess was starting his shift, that greeted me while I was working on compiling my papers. Absolutely the worst Office Depot. Actually it's an OfficeMax. The service center kept me waiting for 10 minutes when I was the first in line. Then I confirmed with them "can I ship usps packages here?" And the said "yes as long as you have the label" (which I have). Another 20 minutes later they told me "sorry we don't have the service".
