I don't know how these chain stores are going to survive. The manager was very good and kept listening to el thing while talking to me. He didn't want to return my money for something that I was told when I bought it that had 30 days to return. read more

On September 18, 2025 I purchase a desk, book case and office chair, today on October 1, 2025 drop off in front of the house, I estimate that it weighs at least 400 lb. My wife and Are both 74 years old and disabled, the salesman assure us it would be place inside the house. One of the boxes it rip open and could have damage, we also purchase the assembly for all items. I strongly recommend not to make the same mistake we did, and purchase from Office Depot. read more

Great service from Ronald at the print station and Yoandy at the front desk! Usually Joseph or Bruno help me out, but the whole team is wonderful! I'd know, I've been to many locations and this is the only one I'll go to anymore! read more

I went to print our dome papers, great service and very inexpensive Also found a printer for a great price read more

This is my go-to printing location when I need something quickly. Joseph has always greeted me and offered to help me in whatever way he can to ensure that the prints for my business come out exactly how I need them to! It's not usually a long wait and typically inexpensive. read more

I went to buy headphones for my daughter. I asked to have those tested and she needed to have them ready for school. Alex, went out of his way to help me. I was able to test the headphones in the store. Great customer service! read more

Booked a TSA pre check appointment made it for 6pm arrived 30mins before my appointment and the person had left. Why would someone leave if they knew there were people with appointments. Manager claimed it was due to short staff. The basic and generic excuse for poor customer service these days. If a location can not accommodate to provide these services then they need to stop offering it. Wasted my time and who knows when i'll be able to book another appointment. read more

Cery long wait for service; poor customer service! Not enough help. Long line for service!

Love the customer service. They help me out with the print that I have to have. Nice and quick. Great location. Thank you so much for the best experience and the best wishes. read more

OMG! Dumb and dummer work at the printing department here. The manager who was called to help was the biggest doofus ever.. no wonder they can't get the job done. Don't ever order any printing job here... save your time and energy. read more

Poor service. Not sure why curbside is offered, if I have to end up going inside anyways.

This place is unbelievable. Just to print something they make you wait for forty minutes in line

I'm here now, May 7th at 8:25 am. INCREÍBLE service by Melanie! Above and beyond! She saved my day by simply asking a question that made it so that I didn't have to leave the store and come back. She was sweet and efficient. Took her time in ensuring my project was PERFECT before proceeding. I was in a hurry and she did all this in a matter of minutes and saved me a second trip to the store. If they had more employees like her, this store would be the full 5 stars on average read more

I wish I hadn't wasted my time last night by going to the zoo school supply store last night where there was only 2 out of the 20 things I needed & it felt like a scavenger hunt.... This store is a breath of fresh air for school supplies. Everything .... And I truly mean everything I needed was there. A big plus was that there was tons of people working to help you find things (I couldn't find erasable pens and the helpful staff member found it for me ) Definitely I will always be getting school supplies at this store. read more

Office Depot - Everything I needed - Office Equipment Near Me - Miami, Florida

This location has been here for a while and we went a few weeks ago to get some supplies for my kids. The place was packed because the return to school and on top of that it was the free tax weekend. Things were a little unorganized and I think they could have used more people working. As far as for the prices, they were higher than other places I went to that weekend.

Kellee at the print shop is arguably one of the dopest people if I've come into contact with in the customer service industry in Miami. We came to her with an emergency print job and she exceeded our expectations. She was patient, kind, and finessed our final product. Would HIGHLY recommend her services. Not only did she complete our prints in a matter of minutes, she also helped with resizing issues and cutting recommendations. 5-star service at the print shop! read more

I had a project made with the copy and print department, which I did through the online service. I simply uploaded the document online. It was supposed to be ready the next day. They call me and said that they couldn't open the file. No problem. So, I emailed the document to them directly. However, I never received a notification that it was ready. I would call to find out the status and was always placed on hold for about 5 minutes. Well, I ended up going there the day after the copies were supposed to be ready to check on the status since no one picked up the phone at the copy and print dept. My documents were done and I never would've known if I didn't call or pass by. Ridiculous. 2 stars for my copies coming out okay and the price, but next time, I'll just go to Staples. read more

One day I'll run Into an employee who cares enough when none of the self printers are working. I went twice and one time, a woman helping the couple ahead of me, went to ask another employee for help with the printer since there was a connection issue or something. The other woman employee replied "well idk what to tell them" and continued on as if she couldn't care less. I went a few days later and again, no one could help me again.. will definite not be returning for printing services. read more

Jairo was very nice to deal with. Everybody else either didn't speak English or was completely incompetent. This is a mixed area of Spanish and non Spanish speaking. Why would you hire sales associates who cannot speak English!? read more

Every time I come here I get the best customer service. They really take their time to please customers. Mario is very patient and he is very helpful at the printing department. So happy, i will definitely make this my OD favorite store. read more

I just stood in line to print a document for 1hr. Customer service needs to be more efficient, it should not take my whole lunch time, just to print a 1 page regular document from my email. read more

By far the worst Office Depot I have ever been to. The store manager, Carlos, has a nasty attitude. I called the store this morning and explained the situation, but was told not worry. I had bought a blue calculator and wanted to exchange it for a pink calculator. I had lost my receipt so it was just a simple exchange, same calculator, different color. He's huffing and puffing about it. What happened to customer service? read more

We have been around looking for school supplies and can't find composition books anywhere. They had plenty here and they had college ruled, wide ruled, and primary composition books. They had everything else we needed! The staff was also helpful as well as friendly. read more

Came to the Copy/Print Center for a unique print job. Kellee was excellent!! Super patient and made sure that my print job was the best quality picture available. There was a line but only because she would take her time making sure every customer was served correctly. Will definitely come back to her! read more

Friendly staff it felt like I had a personal shopper which I love because I hate to shop. I walked in a staff memeber approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything (he was carrying a big heavy box while he asked) I told him what I needed and he took me right to the 3 items I was looking for while still carrying that box! Outstanding service. Store on the other hand looks a little older and a tad run down. read more

The GM at this store is a complete idiot, dont waste your money or time, their systems are ridiculous, wait in line for 20 minutes for one page to print they finally get to me and they want me to text something to get back in line. I called the customer service no answer, everything automated but doesn't ever answer. called nationwide customer service, they called the manager connected me with him I explained how angry I was and he hung up. the national customer service rep was reporting his outrageous lack of professionalism. in the short conversation with Liosbel Moyz it was obvious why that store is a complete and utter failure. it is run down and run poorly. bad attitude little man I hope i run into you outside your store little man read more

All the employees, especially the GM, are extremely helpful! I came in the evening and usually they need a certain amount of hours in advance to print things, but I needed a poster for the following morning. They were extremely accommodating and helped me right away and did the resizing and editing of the picture. They printed it as I was there. Overall great customer service, informative, and knowledgeable. read more

Horrible wait times more consistent at this location. 45 minute weights to purchase office supplies. It's time to go to Staples across the street. read more

Horrible customer service. Poor quality of products and services. In the copy and print section, they took more than 20 minutes to make me 10 copies. They were supposed to be on glossy paper and they were printed on the matte side. After that, they did not go well and they had to cut them to fix it and then they also wanted to charge me for the cut. I never go back to that place or recommend it to anyone read more

I am having the very worst experience with Office Depot. I bought a desk for my office on Wednesday August 3rd and was told and printed in my receipt "next available delivery date" for that Friday August 5th betwen 8am and 5pm. Well, Friday came and no delivery after waiting in my office until 5:15pm when I called Monday to find out what happened I was told the driver showed up at 5:30 pm to find no one there. I explained to customer service if they would have called I would have waited but ok delivery has been re schedule for Monday before 5PM and on Tuesday I waited until 6pm and nothing. Tuesday morning I called again and was then told that Friday was actually 2nd attempt and desk was returned to their warehouse so I was baffled as to when was the first atempt dince Friday was original delivery date and was told they actually attempted delivery on Thursday at 5:30pm then asked why, who and when somebody authorized a delivery on Thursday when I was told next available date was Friday. Told the cust sevc rep no problem just get me my refund and be done with it and this when my nightmare actually started because as lf today August 27 I am yet to be issue a refund of $320.99 I called everyday and everyday I called I am told refund will be in my accct with 3-5 business days snd it has been 3 weeks. I wonder if they mean 3-5 business day but sometime in 2017 or 2018 since they do not really specify the actual year. Terrible customer service at both main office and store as they each pass the buck and blame to one another. Needless to say this is last ever shopping in Office Depot in Kendall or any Office Depot for that matter. This people have no clue on how to treat a customer or anything about customer service. I will forever buy all and any office supplies online. I just wonder if I ever going to see my $320.99 back or Office Depot is having real financial cash problem that can not seen to refund this amount. read more
