My wife and I have been to quite a few, and found it to be a good place to buy department store quality (i.e. not clothes specifically made for an outlet) for reduced prices. This location had the one thing we look for: a large clearance area for both women and men, and this store fit that bill well. It has free wi-fi, which was appreciated. It didn't seem too busy while browsing throughout the store, but then realized how high the throughput was when having to wait in a very long line. They had all registers going, and the line moved surprisingly quickly. We were just window shopping, but I ended up buying some Nike briefs that were double clearanced, making it well over 50% off.

I did everything right--I parked, went straight into the store, completed my shopping, and even had my parking ticket validated. After that, I walked over to Graziano's Italian Store on the other side of the same building. When I came back, my car was gone. Towed. No warning. No grace period. No consideration that I had literally just shopped at Trader Joe's and followed their process. It's honestly shocking that a company like Trader Joe's allows a towing operation this aggressive on their property. As a paying customer who validated parking, being towed within that short window feels completely unreasonable and predatory. This experience completely ruined my night and cost me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I won't be shopping at Trader Joe's again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before parking there unless they want to risk the same situation.

First they said the service for both wheels & 2 tubes wouldn't be more than $120 - the service ended up being $200. The price is fine but why say $120 and then charge $200? I haven't had my bike for more than 2 years, I've never fallen on my bike, I take care of it like it's my child & on top of that, I barely ride it - when I picked up my bike the mechanic said "did you ever notice this dent on the rim?" No, I never noticed it because it wasn't there. THEY dented my rim - probably in the process of removing my tire. Now that's something else I need to fix. 2 days after picking up my bike - it's flat again (didn't even ride it btw). These people didn't properly put the tube. I called them to let them know that I'll be passing by so they can fix it - whoever answered the phone was extremely rude with an attitude. I ended up going to the doral location and it was fixed within 5 mins. But because of the horrible customer service from their gables location, I'll just be taking my bike elsewhere. Too many bike shops in Miami to be dealing with an incompetent one.
