I received a defective box of 24 Prismacolor "Col-Erase" pencils from an online order, and mailed them back per instructions ON THE BACK OF THE BOX to a street address in Bellwood, Illinois. Today the pencils came back as "undeliverable." What gives? Had there been an e-mail link to customer service when I googled for it, I would have used it. Now I feel doubly abused. Since I recently moved cross-country to Chicago, I am in need for office furniture. I went with my husband hoping to find a office chair or some furniture to use until my furniture arrives via Pod in a few months. Anyway they allowed (1) free piece of furniture and also was selling preused furniture for $39 and $99 bucks. We really lucked out. My husband found a big chair for our living room for free. We purchased a huge book case for my office. In addition to these pieces, we found a rolling ottoman and a side table. We were thrilled with our finds. This wharehouse is open to the public and had a floor dedicated to sale/clearance items and a bunch of new items too. The prices seemed reasonable on the new items too. Checkout website for items currently on sale. I would like to shout-out Mark (owner) and Junior for having awesome customer service. Junior helped me with approximating how many yards of fabric I would need to reupholster the chair that we got for free. Oh yes, I failed to mentioned they have lots of fabric for sale. At the event the fabric was only $5 a yard. Such a deal. Mad props to this business. *only furnishing for my temporary housing for now but will look to this business for my more permanent home in the near future* Would add photos of finds but waiting delivery. The owner, Alex, is a nice dude, but a poor communicator. My laptop was having crashes, and I…read moredropped it off in early June for troubleshooting/diagnosis. I called after several weeks and he promised he'd have the problem diagnosed within the next couple days and call me back. Several additional weeks went by and I called again with the same response, and then once more a few weeks later- a total of 2 months of wait time without any progress or evidence that anything was done at all. I eventually gave up and got my laptop back myself to look at. Googling my error messages indicated that my RAM was faulty, and after replacing the RAM (a 15-minute procedure), my laptop works fine. It took me ~30 minutes of total active time to troubleshoot and solve this problem that I had previously waited 2 months for the owner to fix. I'd guess that Alex was overcommitted with fixing other machines to focus on mine, which is fine if he told me a realistic estimate (i.e. "I'm really busy right now, but check back in a month and I'll give you an update). Instead I got drip-fed inaccurate timeline estimates. Overall, I find it difficult to reccomend going to this business to get your problem fixed unless you have a really easy software issue to diagnose/fix on the spot.

When I walked in here I was overwhelmed with the old retro elements like a mimeograph, type set machines, beaten and worn solid wood furniture from the turn of the century. I felt I was more in a museum than a print shop. I got the warm fuzzies, and that's good. David was able to help us to 100% satisfaction. He understood our concerns and needs. He also explained we could use another type of paper he carries to improve our product quality. And the price was very competitive to what I've paid. When I saw the final product I was very pleased. So glad to find someone knowledgable, customer friendly and could take care of our rush job in the 2hour time limit. What ever your printing project is don't mess around. Talk to David to get straight shot answers. Get the job done right with the people who have learned from the past to better provide the needs of today and lead the way to new technologies tomorrow. My children love it and it is fairly priced $2 for those under the age of 18 and adults free. This center also has a nice pond and while they play you can sit back relax and watch the water. I will definitely be sure to support any events here because coincidentally this is also the same area I voted in. I've been going there for years. They have the worst customer service in the entire history of ever…read moregoing to a grocery store or any kind of store. With all the negative reviews about their eye rolling and how they talk towards customers they should all be fired. Five video tape a couple of these people that work there and their attitude and some of the crap they say to customers they should be arrested and fired. The worst part besides that is they never stocked the important things at the family dollar. I can't get toothpaste I can't get peroxide I can't get rubbing alcohol they act like it's still covid and you can't get certain things. If I can go down the street to a gas station or I can go to a liquor store and buy toilet paper or I can buy toothpaste at a liquor store family Dollar needs to reassess cuz this is ridiculous. The worst part is is they always have their hot chips and all the junk food and all the candy stocked and things you don't need but things that are important like Advil aspirin things you need for healthcare they never have it there.
