You know, pretty good, even though we didn't quite find what we came for. I need a new desk chair. They have a ton, in varying styles. But, not one that I like in my price range. Nice expensive ones, and okay cheap ones. Online they have a few, and other places have some, that are both nice and cheap. Nice enough, anyway. Oh, well. We also looked at school supplies. Expensive except for the sale items. But, we got a few, and they have a good selection. And service was great, from being greeted at the door and directed to the areas we needed, to checkout. Came here to purchase a printer. We looked around and picked the one we wanted to buy. They were out of stock but we were told that if we bought it online with them it would be delivered by the next day. We NEEDED this printer the next day and I expressed to the sales guy how important it was that it was delivered on time. We also bought a $30 extended warranty on the product. Well, Friday rolls around and no printer. I call Saturday morning and they tell me that it will not be delivered until the next Thursday! I told them over the phone this was not acceptable. The manager told me they would cancel the order and I would be fully refunded. I was ONLY refunded the amount for the printer. NOT the extended warranty!!! What the heck do I need a warranty for when I don't even own the product. I called the store and was told they couldn't do anything and to call the 1-800 number. I called and was told the same thing!! They told me to contact the store! I'm so mad at this store and so mad at their costumer service, I will NEVER shop at Office Depot/OfficeMax. Purchased 15 reems of 67# paper stock for my business and upon checkout the associate asked if I wanted a bag?? I said yes but would prefer a box like Staples always gives me. The associate informed me that they don't give boxes out. I just wanted a used box that they probably throw out or recycle 50 a day. So I left with 8 lightweight bags that the handles broke on 2. Next purchase will be at the competition as they always seem happy and customer service oriented if I spend $5 or $273 like this purchase. read more
