I went to the register to buy chair and they said there was four color choices. I picked black. They brought the chair and started to ring it up and told me they didn't have black and was gonna give me blue. I went home and ordered it a couple of days later on line to pick at the store. I was on my way to get it and got a message that it was cancelled. I called the store and they said the money would go back on my card in three or four days.

Also, I bought some paper and had them cut the ream in half. The employees are always helpful. For example, when their hand sanitizer was $2.00 a case, I bought six cases and they took it to my car. It was the same when I bought cases of water. Finally, they are open at 9:00 am on Saturday. I thought all stores were the same, so at first I went to the one on Morse Road only to find out they didn't open until 10:00 am. So I was thankful to come to this store.

They had what she needed/wanted, and though one item was expensive the clerk who helped us find it pointed out that they had a "30% off one item" coupon going on. So, reasonably priced. He was super patient and helpful, though he had to field a phone call during our excursion. Other staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only downside is the selection seemed a bit thin compared to other locations? Maybe just for the items we were looking for. Still worth a stop: tons of things to make and do, easy access in the big mall, lots of sales, etc.

Next time I come in there I'm going to make you famous on TikTok Mr. "owner". I've been reading a lot lately that the owner of the store is extremely rude and I can say and vouch that those reviews are true! The owner is not helpful He's condescending and unapproachable. If this is truly a family-owned business then that means that the owner is a Zettler, right? I'm curious do all the other Zettler hardware stores treat their customers and employees as rude as this "owner" did? Best to steer clear!!

I took it to FS and told them I just needed glass for the frame. The man working referred me to "a guy" who repairs artwork. There was a binder of his work. I said okay, I will try him first. I called and he gave me his address as he works out of his home in Clintonville. It turned out he only scans pieces (and not as large as what I had), not repairs them. He referred me to a shop off Kenny. I went there (the shop off Kenny) and was told they could repair my large portrait, and I also showed them a small photo I had that was stuck to the glass in the frame. Several weeks and $125 later I got both pieces back, unrepaired, and was emailed the scanned copies. This is all sidebar, because I am not reviewing that shop. I did not complain to the owner so it is not fair to write a bad review. I do appreciate the scanned photo that apparently could not be repaired (they didn't try to remove it from the glass), but I didn't need the scanned great-grandmother photo. Anyway. I took my large piece back to FS and a woman was working. She tried to refer me to "the guy" again but I said no. She then advised she could use a special art marker on the minor tears. I said yes. A week later I had my beautifully repaired and glassed in frame for around $30. It was perfect. I wish this woman had been working to begin with because she knew how to repair my piece. Let this be a warning to anyone being referred to a guy who just scans. I will definitely use this shop again.
