Pros: Great customer service. Convenient location. E-mail for print orders frequently checked. Lamination available. Cutting (fee per cut) available. Cons: Can sometimes be expensive depending on what you're printing. Have had a few printing mishaps, but they are always addressed and solved. Note: Managers make this place a success. If they leave, I don't know what will happen to this location. Matt, Kyle, and Bryan. You guys are really quality managers. Wow. I hope this is the right place to review, but I had some copies, fliers, and business cards all made here recently at the Copy Max and... wow. The young man that helped me, Andrew, knew everything I needed to know immediately. He didn't fish through books for prices or paper types, he already knew. Within 10 minutes I had all three ordered and the price didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. read more

If you want a printed document here, I suggest going somewhere else. I've ordered several documents at this location and they are never ready. Worst Office Depot in the state of Ohio. read more
