My clients hired Office Spots to clean their carpets in preparation for the upcoming sale of their home. Office Spots exceeded their expectations; they were prompt and the carpets looked like new afterwards. The owners were especially pleased that the carpets dried quickly, as their inconvenience was greatly minimized. Thanks, Office Spots! read more

This business is my go to for all carpet and tile cleaning. Kevin and Dave are amazingly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They made my carpets look brand new. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

I highly recommend Office Spots for your carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have used them on several occasions and refer people to them with confidence. They are reliable, friendly and respectful. I have known the owner, Elizabeth, for 10 years and can attest to her professionalism when dealing with business matters, in addition to being an overall quality and fun individual! Dave and Kevin have performed superior work and even went above and beyond what they were hired to do: moving some furniture as I was preparing to stage and sell my home. I truly appreciated their willingness to help. read more

Great service, professional, punctual and the price seems right! Have used them twice for my home and office carpets. My white carpet looked brand new again, was surprised how easily their cleaning process was able to take out some really bad stains (ink, etc...). The cleaning system that they use is fast drying and smells fresh. I've used multiple carpet cleaning companies in the bay area in the past with mixed results, but I have had no complaints with this company and will be using them again, A great local bay area small business to support! read more

First time I've used Office Spots and will definitely use them again! Friendly, professional, efficient and a great job. They gave me a general quote over the phone and when they got there it was a little less than what they quote me on the phone. Everything is really clean and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them in the future!!! read more

Too bad they don't allow 10 Stars! Awesome job!!! Thanks/GREAT This is the best service I've ever had for carpet cleaning. Happy to say so. read more

Reasonable prices, great people. Had a hot wax spill on our carpet and the team came out and removed it using various methods. They never upsell you. They do the work you want to do and give you useful advice. They are also the friendliest people around. Would do business with again in a heartbeat. read more

Once again this team is fantastic to work with! They are efficient, trustworthy and SO good at what they do. My poor pee stained carpet compliments of a french bulldog puppy is finally gone and all smells and looks divine. I had to rush out to pick up my son at school and both owners who were at my house at the time, took care of everything during my absence. They can be trusted, they are SO reliable, always on time and just a wonderful company to work with! They have my continued business for the years to come! Thanks David, Kevin and Elizabeth! read more

Great service, and most importantly, they were able to remove a stain that stubbornly resisted efforts from a prior carpet cleaning company! The carpet dried quickly despite the rain--another bonus! read more

I have been meaning to write a review for Office Spots for ages! I have used them for the last few years now and they are FANTASTIC. They do an amazing job getting my carpets clean and are so professional. The entire process is easy from scheduling to the service itself. I love how they call when they are on the way. Makes it so much easier to not take out your whole day. Thank you for the great work! read more

Office Spots was recommended by a friend. I was able to get an appointment right before the holidays. They did an excellent job, my carpets look great...even my old area rug! And the price was the best I ever had for a large amount of carpeting! Will definitely use again and recommend to others. read more

Superior service and incredible results. Extremely courteous and professional. Don't hesitate to hire them! I recently (11/2016) hired Office Spots to clean carpets for an apartment move out. They worked their magic again! I had hired them the first time a few years ago to clean carpets for an apartment move out. They did an excellent job both times. Stains that had looked permanent vanished without a trace. Elizabeth very graciously accommodated my urgent request to schedule on short notice. David and Kevin showed up on time and got the job done on schedule, all in a sincerely friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend Office Spots! read more

After reading the positive reviews for Office Spots on Yelp, I decided to schedule a cleaning service for my family room couch. Before the appointment, Elizabeth did mention to me that if I'm able to take off the covers, I should wash them in cold water because that it'll give me a more thorough cleaning. Well I did that for the small pillows, but it wasn't until the day before the scheduled appointment that I realized ALL the covers on my couch zip off. However, the really large L-shape part of my couch had a very tight cover that I could not take off. I resorted to just following through the appointment with Office Spots because there was not way I was going to be able to take the cover off. When Dave and Kevin showed up for the scheduled appointment on time (and with a courtesy call about 45 mins before to let me know the arrival time), they inspected my couch and told me it was in good shape (aside from the L shape piece that I had struggled with). They were extremely honest in telling me that I would get a better cleaning with throwing the covers in the wash and they even took off the cover of the really large, difficult piece of my couch (and showed me how to put it back on after I wash it)!!! I am extremely impressed by the proactive and timely communication (with Elizabeth) leading up to the appt and the team's honesty in telling me I was better off washing the covers then going through with their cleaning. Now if that isn't integrity and honesty, I don't know what is. I should not fail to mention that they practiced all good habits of SIP - masks, stayed 6 feet away (and wore booties in my house). I am EXTREMELY impressed by this company and will most definitely look to hire them for any job cleaning I may need in the future. read more

This is the second time I have used this team and they are still great. Very nice job, fast, friendly. Starting with the call to Elizabeth, arrival updates and the execution of the job: it's perfect. And, the carpets are not soaked when they leave. They are close to dry and their is no odor during or after the cleaning. Wonderful local business and I highly recommend them. read more

Office Spots is not only the best carpet cleaning company I have ever dealt with, they are the best business I have ever dealt with period! They take the term "customer service" to a whole new level. From the office staff to Mike and Dave, they are all extremely polite and accommodating. For example, I just had Office Spots clean our carpets on a Friday, and by Sunday one of my kids had gotten sick on the freshly cleaned carpet. I called Office Spots up after the weekend and explained to them what happened. Mike and Dave came back out that week and re-cleaned the carpet in my son's bedroom for FREE! Who nowadays does that? Office Spots does! Their prices are unbeatable and my carpets look and smell wonderful. Having two kids and a dog, my wife and I were both amazed how clean they were able to get our carpets. They do such a good job, I have had them clean our carpets a couple of times now. Mike and Dave are punctual, clean cut and present themselves in the most professional manner. I have never written a review for any company in my life...good, bad, or otherwise. But I have had such a great experience with Office Spots, I felt I needed to let other consumers know how good these guys are. If you are looking for a company to clean your carpets, look no further, these guys are the best you are going to find! read more

These guys did an amazing job! My little one is mobile now, and I wanted to make sure that the carpets were clean for her to be on. They showed up on time, their machines are very quiet and my carpets look amazing. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to all of my friends and clients. So thankful to have found another great, local company! read more

I chose Office Spots based on other Yelp reviews. Needed my upholstered furniture cleaned. Living in a household of males not only leaves furniture dirty but smelly, too. Office spots came in and very carefully took care of and worked on every spot, chair section, and cushion until not only I was satisfied but they were too. I could not be more pleased with the job they performed. Elizabeth was a pleasure to talk to during the scheduling process, and Kevin and Armando, who came to clean, were efficient and very detailed in their work. I would highly recommend Office Spots. read more

Great experience. Removed a number of spots and made our carpets look like new. Dried quickly, smells great. Very professional communication, arrived right on time, and did a super job. I used Office Spots last week and these guys are fabulous .Not only did they clean the carpets after some accidents with my adult cat but their communication is a 10 out of 10, letting me know when they finished the last job and how long they would take to get to my place. The guys are a great team, and they get in and out as quick as they can...the carpets where dry by that afternoon. I highly recommend Office Spots! read more

Once again Office Spots has worked a miracle on my dog-stained carpets. I have to have wall-to-wall because of condo regs, and without the professional and outstanding work Office Spots does, it would be unsightly at best. The entire crew is accommodating, works hard and does a great job. Excellent communications makes the experience top drawer. Unlike a lot of other carpet cleaning companies, Office Spots's process makes it possible to resume normal use in little over an hour. read more

I called Office Spots due to all the great reviews they had online. They were super quick getting back to me & were very clear on how much they estimated the cost would be. They were really patient going back & forth with me trying to get a date & time set. They called to remind me of the appt the day before & then when they were on their way. The owner & his helper came right on time. I showed them what I was wanting done & the owner, Dave reviewed everything & then gave me on advice as to what he recommended & I was so appreciative of his honesty & knowledge. He recommended instead of cleaning my couch, if he were me he would take off the cushion covers (which I had never thought about doing!) & washing in the washing machine. He could have just done the work & charged me, but he is just too honest for that I think! He also recommended me just vacuuming my wool rug as since there were no stains it was not worth it to clean. He then got to work on our carpets. Most rooms were pretty clean except for my teenage daughter's bedroom. She had over 100 stains on it including bleach & gray paint & who knows what else from the past 10 yrs. I swear they got every single stain out & it looked BRAND NEW! I could not believe it. They touched up the bleach stain so well that I couldn't even see it. It had been there for years. The rest of our bedrooms looked great & they got a stain out of our living room no problem. I was so happy with their work. We haven't used a carpet cleaner in 10+ years & they did such a great job & the price was so fair we will definitely be doing this again & not waiting that long this time. I would not hesitate to use Office Spots again & have already recommended to friends. Great husband & wife team & I love supporting small businesses with honest, hard working local people. read more

I have had my carpets cleaned many times over the years but I have never experienced a company that is the most kind ever! In addition to kindness, they went over ever detail of the cleaning process and did an amazing job on all of the carpets!! The cost was also very reasonable and was exactly what it was quoted. I would and already have recommended this company to anyone who asks. You won't be disappointed in this amazing team! read more

The 10+ year old carpet of my house had only been cleaned once, by yours truly, and the result was not at all spectacular. Of course I wouldn't blame me for not doing a good job. Got to be something else at play. The method I used was the so called "hot water extraction", with a rental Rug Doctor. When I did more research, majority of the home or professional carpet cleaners use this same method, sometimes erroneously referred to as "steam" cleaning. When I came across this company here in Yelp, it intrigued me that they use something called "encapsulation" method instead. I was skeptical but willing to give it a try. Well, I am glad I did. And this company that uses this is excellent. If there is a 6 stars, I would have given it. First, the communication was the best I have ever experienced in dealing with any kind of companies. From the initial contact, setting appointment, on the day of cleaning, and getting receipt after, all were handled professionally and efficiently. When the crew arrived and noticed my carpet's light color, they immediately slipped on disposable booties to avoid tramping in more dirt. Very nice gesture! And when I pointed out to them the various creases on my carpet, David suggested that I should first have my carpet re-stretched before the cleaning. This would give a better cleaning result, he said. Even though this means they wouldn't get to clean today and therefore earned nothing for this morning time slot. This shows their integrity to value customer satisfaction more than just money. Mind you also that this was only a very small job, with only 500-600 sq feet and some stairs, the quote he gave was under $200. Anyway, David gave me referral to a guy who is specialized in carpet re-stretching. Few days later he came and stretched it, and how marvelous to see my carpet looking plush again. And a few more days came David and his teammate to finally clean. They did a very thorough job, with the utmost care and professionalism. At the end, is my carpet looking good as new? No, because it is not new. But it does look clean, the cleanest it could ever be, in my opinion. Overall I am extremely pleased with this company, and highly recommend it to anyone. There are coupon deals which I receive almost daily and they appear to be super cheap, but I doubt that any of them would be closed to the satisfaction level I got with this company. read more

After my dog had been cooped up inside during the winter, we were definitely in need of getting our carpets cleaned. Found Office Spots on Yelp and figured I'd try it since the ratings were so high. I definitely wasn't disappointed and agree with all the other comments about what great customer service they have. From talking to Elizabeth on the phone when making the appointment to Dave coming out and cleaning my carpets, they were super professional, friendly, and did a great job. They called to let me know when they were on their way, showed up on-time, and stayed for the just under the duration they quoted me on the phone. Our carpet wasn't in bad shape, just due for a good deep-clean - since the price was pretty reasonable, I'd definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them. read more

Fast, friendly and professional. We needed our tile, couch and carpet(master bedroom, hallway, office and area rug) cleaned.
