Called hoping for an appt, not only was the day and time perfect for our busy lives it was a pleasure working with them. They are fast, friendly and very professional. We will definitely be calling office spots again. The reminder call is so helpful and the organized invoice gave us no worries at all. Very fair pricing looking forward to seeing this crew! read more

Despite Elizabeth's calls saying they actually might not make the time window they promised, David showed up with plenty of time to spare. Elizabeth was so great at keeping me updated at the expected time. So refreshing! David came in and we discussed the "problem spots" in my carpet. I let him get to work and do what he does best. After 3 solid hours (he worked solo due to his partner having a sick child at home) David did absolutely amazing. He was wonderful to talk to, and incredibly professional. I used office spots years ago, and will continue to always use them in the future. Thanks for everything!! read more

You know you're an adult when clean carpets bring you joy. I had a fabulous experience with Office Spots and definitely recommend them. As soon as the guys got to my house they put shoe coverings on, walked around with me to everything I wanted cleaned, explained their process, and answered all my questions. They gave me a quote, which was very close to the quote given to me over the phone. Had I not added on the cleaning of a tile entry way the phone quote would have been exactly right. I loved that they weren't dragging hoses from their trucks through my front yard and then through my house. They were very efficient, and their equipment was pretty quiet which was nice since it didn't freak out our pets. I loved that there was no awful smell and that my carpets dried extremely fast! Even on a cold winter day my carpets were fully dry in less than an hour and a half. read more

We have been using Office Spots for our home since the inception of their business. The best compliment is that we are repeat users and we refer our friends and family. The owners are friendly, trustworthy, honest, show up on time, really do a great job on cleaning the carpets and always go the extra step on those tough stains. Office Spots should be everyone's go to for residential and commercial carpet cleaning! read more

Kevin at Office Spots did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets in my residential apartment. He was on time, gave me an accurate and very reasonable quote ahead of time, strong attention to detail, and did a thorough job on all the carpets. In fact, there were a couple of areas with high foot traffic that were still slightly darker vs the rest of the carpet that I noticed after the main cleaning - completely normal and understandable to see that type of wear and tear on older carpets even after a carpet cleaning. He then did a few more cleaning passes on those areas and even went down on his hands and knees to clean very specific spots. And those areas looked 10x better! That is an example of a good business service and someone that truly cares about their customers. Strongly recommend them and will use them again. Don't let the name fool you, they do more than just offices. read more

They cleaned up every dirt spot. All the wide edges of the stairs were showing dirt and they cleaned up all of them. Except for one tough chemical induced spot in a bedroom which they told me to try but not guaranteed during the inspection. Appreciate the honesty and the thoroughness on that matter. Arrived on time and completed within estimated time. 2-hour drying time without any harmful chemicals. They have made my life so much easier during a difficult time like this. Really satisfied with the work. Elizabeth was very helpful booking the appointment and explaining the process. They are a small team but very professional. read more

Office Spots - Carpet like new after the deep cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

We had the Office Spots people over last week to get our house ready for family coming for the holidays- she cleaned our tile and grout in the bathroom floor, and the couch that the dog sleeps on and smelled like hot death. The flooring in the bathroom looks BRAND NEW!! It is AMAZING!! They even got the old hairspray from my teenager off that darn floor. And my couch not only LOOKS much better, I no longer have to apologize for the couch smelling like old dog. When I booked our appointment, a very friendly lady got us in pretty quickly and she even confirmed the day before to make sure we would be home and verify our appointment time. They showed up on time, were fairly priced, and did excellent work. They were also super friendly and didn't try to "upsell" me on cleaning more stuff than I had asked for to be cleaned. I would definitely use them again! Thank you, Office Spots! read more

I would confidently recommend them if you are looking for carpet cleaning professionals. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair and respectful. Timely and accurately communicated the ETA multiple times. I initially signed up for the wall-to-wall carpet cleaning services for my entire house. They came today and recommended their spot cleaning service instead, based on my carpet conditions, to ensure that I would maximize the cost benefit although they could have generate 4 times more revenue. It was VERY pleasant end-to-end process. read more

Because of Office Spots, I now no longer need to replace my guestroom carpet. We had some house guests with an aggressively ill cat. Trying to help the situation, our house guests cleaned the carpet with a grocery store carpet cleaning machine....it was the perfect storm. I thought my only option was to replace the carpet. I called Office Spots to clean some other areas in my house and thought I would let them give my guestroom a shot. I can't tell you blown away I was!! I am pretty picky and I can honestly say, they saved my carpet. It looks like nothing ever happened!! Loved working with this company - Polite, Professional and experts at what they do! read more

I was referred to Office Spots by Window Genie and I wasn't disappointed! From Elizabeth's professional, friendly call to David and Kevin's prompt and courteous service, my carpets and furniture were clean without any chemical smell and dried faster than other cleaning companies. I highly recommend this company for high standards and excellent work! read more

Office Spots was AWESOME!! From the very first phone call and appointment with Elizabeth, to the work done by David and Keith. Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very upfront with the process, estimates, and pricing. They were also very accommodating, I had to change my appointment time and day last minute and they were able to make it happen on a different day that I needed. Keith and David showed up early for the appointment, and got right to work. They did a quick and reasonable estimate and the cleaning was on! They did an amazing job on my carpets and living room upholstery. All of the high traffic areas and trouble spots were cleaned very thoroughly. Also impressive, was how quickly they worked; by double teaming the responsibilities, they were able to knock out my two story 2000 sq ft house in just under two hours (including the furniture), without any quality or detail suffering! In addition, their cleaning process uses a high heat, low moisture steamer that allows your carpets to dry faster, and within 2 hours my carpets were already almost dry. My carpet looks and feels new again. I would definitely use them again. I actually plan to use them for doing my kitchen tile floor and grout. They did a quick test area while they were here and gave me an estimate; and just from the small test area, the tile looked noticeable improved, and that was just a quick test by hand. I highly recommend Office Spots, they were courteous, friendly, on time, reasonably priced, and most importantly did high quality work with amazing results!! read more

We had a flood in one area of our office. I called Office Spots since they had done our carpet cleaning prior (with excellent results) on a Sunday afternoon. They were out Sunday evening assessing the damage and with an estimate in hand they started the process. Four days later after checking daily on the drying progress, rearranging the fans/ dehumidifiers, they finished with laying a new pad / cleaning / sanitizing the carpet. They also hauled away the old pad and destroyed items (got soaked when the water leaked through the floor) from the basement as we used it for storage. We believe the water ran for 3 days. We were very happy with results as you can't tell we even had a problem. read more

Every time my parents leave for a long period of time I surprised them with a little something. The team at office spots helped me pull off this year's surprise by cleaning our slate ( that hasn't been professionally cleaned in 26 years) and all our area rugs that are hand made and let me tell you. They came out AMAZING! They look brand new! I'm so happy that I called office spots for this task. I highly recommend them! read more

I'm so happy with my experience getting my home carpets cleaned. I spoke to Elizabeth to book and ask questions and she was very friendly! The day of the appointment the crew was running ahead of schedule so she called to see if they could come early and they did. Chris and Dave came in wearing booties and were also friendly and I was very comfortable having them in my home. My carpets were a mess from the animals and kids and they were kind to understand why I wouldn't replace them. Elizabeth filled them in with some concerns which I appreciated. They also didn't mind my barking dogs and didn't make me feel bad that they were so loud. The carpets turned out fantastic. They got paint stains off as well as many other dirt and unknown stains. They had booties for my husband and I to put on to check for anything they missed. I only found one tiny mark but he fixed it immediately. I'm planning on using this company regularly. read more

Very happy with office spots. All staff is very friendly, on time, and has a decent rate. We used office spots because our prior carpet cleaner retired. Went through two other companies before finding office spots. What I like about them is their ethics and quality of work. The previous two companies pulled the bait and switch. I had used coupons and then all of a sudden after showing the coupon the price jumped to a ridiculous amount along with the pitch, "you want it clean, right?". Office spots never pulled that tactic. FYI Office spots does not offer coupons. I have come to find out from my own personal experience in this particular field is that it's a good thing. 95% of the time a coupon is a scam to get you. I have posted some photos of the work they did in my room. Don't be alarmed by some the different shading in the after photos that's just due to the carpet in the opposite direction. Thank you Office Spots I will use you again in the future. read more

We hired Office Spots to clean the carpets at our home. I sent them photos of some of the spots and my over the phone quote was exactly what they charged. The carpets dried so fast - it was amazing. I highly recommend Office Spots. read more

If you want to do business with honest people you MUST use this company. Wife wanted carpets cleaned and this company got great reviews. Scheduling was easy. They called and asked if they could be 5 minutes early. Upon arriving walked around house and asking what we needed. After looking at carpet they stated there was no need for a cleaning. How many businesses would come to your house and state their service was not needed. We were fully prepared to have them do the whole house but they talked us out of it. Again a business turned down a paying job. Could not be more pleased at the honestly of this business. I WILL use them when the carpet gets dirty. Please give them a call. Can not ask for a more honest business. read more

I have helped 1000's of home owners around the Tri-Valley area sell and buy real estate. Office spots does a great job cleaning the homes of my clients. They do everything they say they will. Elizabeth is very nice on the phone along with the other employee/owners. They are very flexible with your needs. I would send them and clean my grandmothers home. Their prices are great too. I've compared them to the other companies on Yelp that have great ratings and it seemed like they were one of the better priced ones. I will continue to use them without hesitation. read more

I haven't ever gotten my carpets cleaned by professionals before. It's been three years and I finally decided to have someone come home and clean the carpet. Now, my carpet wasn't exactly the worst I have seen. Some of the pictures Office Spots posted on their FB page and Yelp page made me have faith in mine :-) I no longer have post-doggy poo cleaning spots or wine stains or food stains on my carpet, thanks to the service these guys provided. My carpet looks really clean. I haven't seen it that clean in over a year. (Which is when I got my dog!) It definitely helps vacuuming your carpets frequently. I vacuumed mine two days after my carpets were cleaned and now they look even better. When you can see your footprints on the carpet, you know it's been handled very well. It also helps if you live in the vicinity ;-) Thank you, Office Spots! read more

We needed our carpet cleaned because we were having a baby and our cats destroyed our carpets with urine and puke that just wouldn't come out. Despite the cons, I would use them again. Pros: -very polite and easy to work with -decent price -got most of the stains out -no hose needed which is great because we have a three story townhouse and no one else could reach the top floor Cons: -over the phone lecture about how great their reviews are and how they want to be a part of the community, blah, blah, blah. I just wanted to get a quote! -when they came over to measure the square footage they rounded up in price when there was a corner cut off or a piece of furniture to go around, instead of subtracting like they claimed -didn't dry nearly as fast as they claimed read more

Just had my carpets and couches cleaned today. They were amazing. I came home and the carpets are spotless. I have 2 little ones who drop food all over the carpet. There was food stuck in the fibers that I thought I would have to cut out. They got it all out. I swear the carpets look new. The best part, I walked around with socks on and my socks are not even moist. They also cleaned my microfiber couches that I've had before the kids were born. This was the first time they've ever been cleaned. I was actually thinking of getting new couches because they were so stained from spilled milk and juice and whatever else kids can put on them. They look so fresh and new now. They smell clean too. It is amazing. They are also very reasonably priced. I thought my bill would be a lot higher. I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend the company. They were on time and did an excellent job. (I've had my share of bad carpet cleanings, read the review of my nightmare carpet cleaning experience with a different company and you'll see why office spots is to be trusted.) read more

I found Office Spots about 4 years ago from NextDoor. I loved working with Elizabeth in the office... the appointments that were made she made sure they arrived on time. She will give you a call when they are on their way. For example. The window I was given was between 1-3pm. She called me at 1:25 saying they would be there between 1:45-2pm. They arrived at 1:40pm. Never late. The customer service is beyond excellent. Every time they come which is twice a year, my carpets are spotless and fluffy. They use natural products and my carpets are completely dry within a couple of hours. I am forever grateful for their expertise and their professionalism. read more

Office Spots - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

best carpet cleaning ever! I met Elizabeth in a networking group in the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. Soon after I needed my office carpet cleaned, so I called them up. Dave and ... (I forgot the other guy's name) were very professional and did such a thorough job. And just like they said, the carpet dried in no time--their vacuum must've been super powerful. Then some months later, I needed my home carpet cleaned, and of course used them again. Just like last time, they did such a good job. They had to move my treadmill/elliptical machine to clean my living room, and after they cleaned, they propped it up with little foam thingys to let the carpet dry under it. I had only asked them to clean the living room, but they convinced me that they should also clean the hallway and my bedroom, since the price included a bigger area of carpet. They are the most hard working, most honest, most reliable, most affordable carpet cleaning that I've encountered. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

I cant' believe how these guys got all the stains out of our carpets!! I regularly have our carpets cleaned and I've never seen it this clean!! I am amazed! They even cleaned up my upholstery and since he wasn't satisfied with it, he didn't even charge me for it. Even though it was alot cleaner than it was. Excellent service, superior customer service and they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed so it's really a no brainer! read more

I used Office Spots to clean my carpets when moving out of my house and again after my dogs decided to leave their mark all over our new apartment carpets and to throw up on them. They do a wonderful job, very efficient, arrive on time and I can't believe how much they go above and beyond to get the toughest of stains out. They even came back the next day to give the toughest stains a second going over, getting them all out. I can't recommend Office Spots enough, don't think twice about using their wonderful service! Ultimately did not end up using Office Spots, but the customer service they offered was far above and beyond what I've encountered elsewhere. If you have enough carpet in your home/office to meet their square footage minimum, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Elizabeth. An amazing cleaning system! The process was quick, nearly silent (the dog didn't even notice the machine running), my white carpet looks like new, and the house has never smelled fresher! Additionally, there is a lot to be said about hiring a smaller, local company. With larger carpet cleaning companies, you never get the handsome bloke with a pressed uniform pictured in their ads - instead, a guy with a tattoo on his neck shows up at your door. Not with Office Spots. Professional and courteous, their team comes ready to impress and they deliver five star service. I hope to use them soon again, but for my branch! read more

Nice guys, did a great job - highly recommend. When I asked how to get gum out, they had a product and showed me how to do it, then I was able to buy a can of the spray from them to use for the next time it happens. I don't usually write reviews. A company has to knock me off my socks! Well Office Spots definitely did that! I have been wanting to get my carpet cleaned for awhile now. I have a few spots that have been on my carpet and asked if Office Spots could remove them. I sent them some pictures and they said they would try. (The owner was super nice too; which is always a plus!) A few days later they came for my appointment and tried their best to get those spots out. They are stubborn spots and are still slightly visible but so much better and the rest of my rug looks brand new. If you need your carpet cleaned, use Office Spots! This company delivers a "WOW" factor from the initial phone call until they have finished the job! This is a long overdue review. We have been using Office spots for our carpets since 2013. The service and the professionalism is over and beyond. They work in sync and enjoy what they do! Elizabeth calls and reconfirms the day before, and then even follows up the day of appointment with an arrival time. The job is done quickly and efficiently, with just a very slightly damp carpet left behind, it normally dries up in an hour or so.
