As soon as the guys got to my house they put shoe coverings on, walked around with me to everything I wanted cleaned, explained their process, and answered all my questions. They gave me a quote, which was very close to the quote given to me over the phone. Had I not added on the cleaning of a tile entry way the phone quote would have been exactly right. I loved that they weren't dragging hoses from their trucks through my front yard and then through my house. He was on time, gave me an accurate and very reasonable quote ahead of time, strong attention to detail, and did a thorough job on all the carpets. In fact, there were a couple of areas with high foot traffic that were still slightly darker vs the rest of the carpet that I noticed after the main cleaning - completely normal and understandable to see that type of wear and tear on older carpets even after a carpet cleaning. He then did a few more cleaning passes on those areas and even went down on his hands and knees to clean very specific spots. And those areas looked 10x better! We had the Office Spots people over last week to get our house ready for family coming for the holidays- she cleaned our tile and grout in the bathroom floor, and the couch that the dog sleeps on and smelled like hot death. The flooring in the bathroom looks BRAND NEW!! It is AMAZING!! They even got the old hairspray from my teenager off that darn floor. And my couch not only LOOKS much better, I no longer have to apologize for the couch smelling like old dog. Elizabeth was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very upfront with the process, estimates, and pricing. They were also very accommodating, I had to change my appointment time and day last minute and they were able to make it happen on a different day that I needed. Keith and David showed up early for the appointment, and got right to work. They did a quick and reasonable estimate and the cleaning was on! They did an amazing job on my carpets and living room upholstery. All of the high traffic areas and trouble spots were cleaned very thoroughly. Also impressive, was how quickly they worked; by double teaming the responsibilities, they were able to knock out my two story 2000 sq ft house in just under two hours (including the furniture), without any quality or detail suffering! In addition, their cleaning process uses a high heat, low moisture steamer that allows your carpets to dry faster, and within 2 hours my carpets were already almost dry. My carpet looks and feels new again. I would definitely use them again. I actually plan to use them for doing my kitchen tile floor and grout. They did a quick test area while they were here and gave me an estimate; and just from the small test area, the tile looked noticeable improved, and that was just a quick test by hand. We had a flood in one area of our office. I called Office Spots since they had done our carpet cleaning prior (with excellent results) on a Sunday afternoon. They were out Sunday evening assessing the damage and with an estimate in hand they started the process. Four days later after checking daily on the drying progress, rearranging the fans/ dehumidifiers, they finished with laying a new pad / cleaning / sanitizing the carpet. They also hauled away the old pad and destroyed items (got soaked when the water leaked through the floor) from the basement as we used it for storage. We believe the water ran for 3 days. The day of the appointment the crew was running ahead of schedule so she called to see if they could come early and they did. My carpets were a mess from the animals and kids and they were kind to understand why I wouldn't replace them. Elizabeth filled them in with some concerns which I appreciated. Went through two other companies before finding office spots. What I like about them is their ethics and quality of work. The previous two companies pulled the bait and switch. I had used coupons and then all of a sudden after showing the coupon the price jumped to a ridiculous amount along with the pitch, "you want it clean, right?". Office spots never pulled that tactic. FYI Office spots does not offer coupons. I have come to find out from my own personal experience in this particular field is that it's a good thing. 95% of the time a coupon is a scam to get you. If you want to do business with honest people you MUST use this company. Wife wanted carpets cleaned and this company got great reviews. Scheduling was easy. They called and asked if they could be 5 minutes early. Upon arriving walked around house and asking what we needed. After looking at carpet they stated there was no need for a cleaning. How many businesses would come to your house and state their service was not needed. We were fully prepared to have them do the whole house but they talked us out of it. Just had my carpets and couches cleaned today. They were amazing. I came home and the carpets are spotless. I have 2 little ones who drop food all over the carpet. (I forgot the other guy's name) were very professional and did such a thorough job. And just like they said, the carpet dried in no time--their vacuum must've been super powerful.
