I have been using Office Spots for my home since they started in business. I have since recommended them to many friends and recently (yesterday) cleaned the carpets at my work. My friends love them and their ability to clean the worst stains. I am very pleased with their work and will continue to recommend them to everyone. Great people great company!!! read more

Friendly, helpful, great customer service and good cleaning! What more can you want? So happy to have this team to clean my carpets. I use them every year. read more

Dave and the crew always do a great job, and for reasonable prices. Today was no exception. My carpeting is older, so there are still some wear patterns in the hallway, but they were able to get out all of the doggy "indigestion" and "muddy boots" spots, which were many. read more

We loved our experience with Office Spots. Elizabeth confirmed our appointment the day before. They arrived on time, gave an estimate, and then got right to work. They did a fantastic job, including getting out a rust colored pet stain that had been there for several months. The carpets looked great, and dried quickly as promised. Dave is so friendly and efficient. The price was good. Well worth every penny. read more

Office Spots provided me with friendly and professional service on a very short timeline. I had them clean a bedroom, loft and small hall area. My high rise condo is on the 6th floor which was no problem for Office Spots. David and Kevin were very friendly and informative. Elizabeth responded to my message super fast. Will be using office spots again in the future. A+++ service read more

I met Elizabeth through numerous networking groups and decided to have Office Spots come to my house and clean my carpets. They did an excellent job! They are perfectionists and it is nice to know there are still companies that care about their clients. I highly recommed Office Spots. read more

I've used Office Spots twice after using many companies in the past. I'll be sticking with them! Elizabeth takes care of making the appointments, communication & she's very professional & polite. I even got a reminder recently that it has been a year since our last cleaning. To give a local business some work these days, I thought, absolutely! The guys are also very polite, prompt, thorough, & pay attention to detail. They did our family room, living room & hallway for $200. I think it's a great price to keep our carpets looking good & it may extend the life of them, too. read more

Outstanding work on a tough to clean carpet at my rental that hadn't been cleaned in year! Bravo Elizabeth and her team!

Once again....Office Spots knocked it out of the park. The carpet that we use for our trade shows was filthy. There was a water leak at the home show we participated in and our 20 x 30 carpet was a disaster. Office Spots cleaned the carpet right away and it looks like new. Thank you Office Spots! You are our go-to carpet cleaner!! I highly recommend them! read more

The Office Spots team came highly recommended from a couple of my friends who insist on quality and they lived up to their recommendation. The call, appointment, and quote process was very easy. They give you an estimate over the phone and then a final quote after measuring upon arrival. You can take or leave the quote when they are onsite, no harm -- no foul. Their quote was tight on with their estimate and the quality and efficiency was just as good. Note that they aren't one of those folks who have $29/rooms specials but they are reasonable in my opinion. The team got my carpets looking like new again and even got up a couple of spots that were there. They said if the spots came back within two weeks, they'd come again to fix them for free. These folks are a small family run business and really work to have great customer service. We will definitely be calling them for our next service. read more

This is our 2nd time using Office Spots & they are just the best!! Our carpets & stairs look brand new and it feels like the house got a well needed deep clean. I wanted to have a few cushions on our off- white farmhouse sofa cleaned but he checked the cushions & showed me how to take them apart safely because I could get a better results by tossing them in the wash. Even reminded me to hang dry so the fabric won't shrink. Talk about honest service!! I do not like strangers in my home but would welcome them in anytime. 5 stars +!! read more

I purchased a groupon for another company and they cancelled ten minutes before they were supposed to be there. We were supposed to move in to our new place in 2 days so I got on Yelp and started looking for great reviews. I called Office Spots and Elizabeth was so understanding and so helpful. She was able to find us a spot the next day. They were there on time and so nice. They measured and cleaned and were done in less than an hour. My carpets look great! read more

We've been using Office Spots a couple times now after our previous carpet cleaner retired. We have been SO impressed. First of all, I was impressed by the fact they do not use a steamer and I don't have to worry about long hoses snaking through my house and all the related noise. Secondly, I LOVE that they are chemical free. Even more, what's great is that the carpets dry in much less time that with other methods. We usually can walk on them an hour or so after they have been cleaned. AND, my husband kept commenting on how much cleaner the rugs were!! Big Win! Kevin and Dave are very personable, and professional!! read more

We needed our office carpets cleaned in a hurry, Office Spots came out to quote us the same day I inquired about their services. They were quick, efficient and very professional. Their prices beat what we have been paying in the past, not to mention they were able to come during business hours and get the job done. That was a huge bonus for us! Our carpets look amazing and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend them for anyone! read more

Remarkably professional, efficient, honest, competent, and reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

Office Spots is a great company. They work with your schedule and show up promptly. Dave and his crew were actually there before I showed up and they were extremely polite and made me aware of some stains that I didn't even see! They did the job with care and my carpets couldn't have felt any cleaner and softer! Thanks! read more

Hands down the best service and response time I have ever experienced with a carpet cleaning company! Not only did they show up on time but the delivered on their promise to actually "clean" our carpets! The spots from our toddlers juice, food or crayons are all gone and never returned. The occasional accident spot and odor by our new puppy also gone! Thank you Office Spots for delivering on professionalism, time, results and most importantly honest and transparent pricing! read more

Awesome & professional service! David, Kevin and Elizabeth are an outstanding team. Elizabeth always calls when they are on the way. My carpet always looks like new even though it is about 20 yrs old and is very light. I have used them for years and will continue. Excellent service read more

I've recently left the Bay Area and this is the group I miss most. There is not a carpet cleaning company anywhere that can compare. These people come into your house with the utmost respect and care, as though they are guests invited to a grand event. The method used cleans and dries thoroughly in a very short time without any residue. They also did the cushions on my sofa which had very soiled piping. They look like new. I envy all in the Bay Area that gets to use this company. read more

Absolutely happy with Dave's work on cleaning our home carpets. Ours are nylon and beige and needed a cleaning after 5+ years, so we called Office Spots. Dave showed up on-time, was super friendly and courteous. Since we take good care of our carpets, he gave us a good price. He thoroughly vacuumed the entire area then proceeded to clean the carpets. Wow did it look like brand new carpets! So happy we went with Office Spots - hubby and I highly recommend working with Dave. He is professional, friendly, and does great quality work. Thanks for a job well done! read more

I needed my carpet cleaned because of spots that my furniture mover left. Elizabeth reminded me about the bottle of spot remover she gave me......voila....spot is gone and I can wait a bit longer before she does the whole carpet. read more

Did AMAZING work! They were very professional and very thorough. From beginning to end, the process was seamless and the communication was awesome. They were able to fit us in immediately and our office staff was not disrupted at all throughout the cleaning. Their equipment was so quiet. Carpets looked brand new when they were done. They definitely have a customer for life. I highly recommend them. read more

David did a super job in cleaning and very conscientious and on time. He gave a very reasonable quote first when he was here, so I could add rooms or reduce my areas. He took extra time on a few spots and explained if the would not come out. read more

I rarely write Yelp reviews, but the Office Spots really went above and beyond and deserves a great review. I moved into a new place and scheduled for carpet cleaning services. My friends had recommended me the Office Spots and told me they have done a great job cleaning the carpet in their house. The lady on the phone was super nice and she asked me all the details and provided a very reasonable quote. On the day of, they came on time. Two guys came (sorry I forgot their names) and they came in with footies to keep your house clean. They checked out all the areas that I would like to clean. As the carpet is only 3 years old and the previous owners didn't wear shoes in the house, they were being really honest and told me that the carpet is really clean and doesn't need to be clean by them. There are a few spots on the carpet, and they provided me a spot cleaner for free. How many companies can be that honest and go above and beyond? I really do recommend the Office Spots if you guys are planning to clean your carpets. I am sure they will be doing a great job as my friends are praising about them as well. read more

I immediately felt comfortable when meeting the owners David and Kevin. They did an amazing job and were quick and efficient. The carpet looks like new and they were sure to state that if anything didn't look right, they would be happy to come back and make it right. Excellent customer service. Also, my initial interaction with Elizabeth when I called for my initial quote was professional and personable. She was also accurate about the quote she did over the phone based upon the information I had given her compared to the actual quote I received once the owners arrived. No surprises. Lastly, they were just the kind of people you felt comfortable having in your home which is a really big deal! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend them to others! read more

Office Spots does a fantastic job, and they offer the best customer service! I have used them twice now, and each time I've been extremely happy with the results. Office Spots did an incredible job with our carpets and couches! They were afforable, on-time, quick and personable. The system they use is unlike any system I have ever seen. We will be using them again and would highly recommend their services to anyone! read more

David and Kevin did a Great job on my carpets. They were on time and very professional. Thanks again.

Excellent service. I had my carpets previously cleaned by another company and barely did anything to improve the appearance. Office spots came in and it almost looked like I got new carpets. Couldn't be more happy with the level of detail and effort they put in. Their equipment is different to what you usually see and it actually deep cleans the carpets. They will be my "go to" carpet cleaning company. read more
