*** My review is based on getting to the store an hour before closing on a Saturday ***…read more One of co-workers had gone here and found a few treasures, decided to give it a try. Figured it would be fun for the babes to find & buy her own stuff so armed with a fistful of dollars I timed it to arrive an hour before closing because everything she see's she wants. This is a warning for you to not waste your time going on a Saturday when everything is $0.25. The babes insisted on looking in every available bin and ended up with 2 items for $0.50. I found it annoying that they had a store filled with items that were blocked off. Spoke to the one & only staff person at the register and learned those items are for next Tuesday and the few bins up front filled with literally garbage as in open containers of food, empty boxes and used wrapping material was all that was left from the previous Tuesday. After that experience I may try it again on a Tuesday or Wednesday but most of the stuff blocked off didn't look worth a return.

However the employee who was helping me went above and beyond! It took some time and calling multiple people, but eventually she was able to help me after speaking to a supervisor on the phone who had gone home for the day. They figured out they needed to use a different computer for the exchange and they put it on a giftcard so I could repurchase the item I wanted to exchange it for. It was the same item but in a different color. I did not know that the Lowe's return and exchange policy was so complicated! Make sure to read up on their policy if you're making a purchase you are unsure about. This was my first experience doing so, and despite the wait, I really appreciated how the employee was so committed to helping me that she went above and beyond to get it figured out. I had a great experience! While waiting, the employees were also very fun and nice to talk to, which made my experience very pleasant. I liked their dynamic a lot. Lowe's seems to have a great team of employees and seems like a fun place to work at! I would absolutely go back to this location and recommend it to others.

And it's an older building but don't let that discourage you from shopping here. Always pleasant customer service at this location. Grocery Outlet has really stepped up it's organic/healthy food section. Amazing wine selection and I just noticed an impressive liquor section at the front of the registers. Also coming through with some bougie cheeses. Grocery Outlet has all the staples and lots of items you didn't know you needed. Amazing savings overall, these prices can't be beat! My 2 G.O. rules are as follows: 1. Check expiration dates. Not an issue for me if my cereal expired yesterday, but in dairy land, I'm conscious of dates. 2. If you find something you love, buy multiples, it may not be stocked next time.

Both Erica and Tyler were extremely knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and patient beyond anything I deserve... Especially when I changed my mind five times about what felt right before my significant other even arrived to have his turn trying everything out lol. They did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and a true part of the process rather than just another sale. We both have significant medical issues that influence our individual needs in this situation; they took the time to not only evaluate those needs and help us decide what would work best for us, but there was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. From start to finish, we were presented every bit of information we needed/ requested in order to make an informed decision. Erica was fantastic about following up with me and making sure that she could answer any questions that I might have, but never made me feel rushed or pushed in a certain direction. Ultimately, we elected to go with the climate 360 smart bed as it will best address both my Mobility needs and his/ my spinal concerns. They did a fantastic job helping us finalize the process with financing and made every effort to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. I am already counting the days until our new bed arrives... It was a complete game changer even just to try out the bed, I can't wait to be able to actually sleep at night without so much discomfort, on something that accommodates, both of our individual needs without necessitating compromise. Erica and Tyler, I cannot thank you enough. You both were instrumental to this entire process, and it would not have been nearly as easy nor enjoyable without all of your assistance. Your commitment to what you do and you're willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed does not go unnoticed. Grateful beyond words.
