We ended up yelling at each other. So she decided to be petty and say she couldn't refund my money, that I'd have to wait for them to mail me a check. I was fed up and walked out while she was steadily "getting in the last word" on my way out. Later, I received a call from the location stating that they were refunding my money to my card. Guess it was possible after all. Not only that, when I got home, the other item I ordered was incorrect. No way I'm going back. I'll just pay someone else to do it correctly.
