It was so bad, I paid some dude I met at a Taco Bell to partition the hard drive on the MBP and install Windows on one side of it. After that I may have booted the IOS side twice. Now let me say this.... That was the baddest ass Windows computer I have ever owned! I wish I still had it but my old boss confiscated it when he fired me. That's ok, I cooked the drive before I gave him a blank disk brick laptop. So that he didn't any of the info he wanted. Asshat took my phone that day too. Also cleaned and bricked. He went bankrupt a couple years later. Anyway.... I love the Apple Store. The real value is in the knowledge of the teams here and their honest approach to helping you. I came in to get a new phone recently and was let down with how large the phones are now. I have an 12 mini and the battery had gotten bad. I complained about having to get a bigger phone and the associate said "why not just get a new battery for your mini?". Great idea, that's just what I did! The man was nice but not very helpful, he didn't seem to know much about anything, maybe he was new. I was able to find what I needed, it took a minute because of the large selection of items that they offer.
