The man was nice but not very helpful, he didn't seem to know much about anything, maybe he was new. I was able to find what I needed, it took a minute because of the large selection of items that they offer. As I made my way to check out I encountered another employee and he was great, so was the lady that checked me out. This NASTY lady was mean and sharp about me not parking on the front curb (behind the HUGE VAN) that was blocking the front door. I like turning-in my empty printer and copier cartridges here, knowing that they will get recycled. I try to do my bit to keep plastics out of the landfill/trash dump. Even though many retailers seem to have cut back on their in-store inventories over the past few years, it still impresses me at the variety of office supply items that they sell here. I prefer shopping in-person rather than online, for most physical goods. Like almost everywhere, prices have gone up with the surge in inflation. If there were still any locally-owned, independent, office supply stores around, I would surely shop there. However, this has become my favorite place for conveniently and quickly getting what I need (especially when my employer is too slow in ordering my supply requests). I can't speak to their printing services, as I've never used them before. I shall return, and recommend this store for retail purchases.
