We are in the process of opening a new location for my work and MCT are already getting the equipment and software needed together for us. On a personal experience, last month my daughter dropped her laptop. The sound button was stuck in the side and would not allow the computer to work correctly, it took Russ and Mike just a few minutes to be able to fix this issue. A month into them having it they tell me they lost my hard drive. After spending an entire weekend resetting every password I have ever had, the owner calls up and states they do have my hard drive and no need to worry. I get my laptop back today to find that he totally lied and simply replaced the missing hard drive with another one with a different version of windows and of course none of my data or profile. Stay away from these amateur hacks! Friendly people sure, professional, not in the slightest!
