She met with us, gave us estimates of yardage needed and a firm quote on the labor as well as pick up and delivery. We chose our fabric and purchased it and has it ready when the pickup day arrived. No surprises about cost and the quality of the work is superb. Now the heirloom sofa and chair from my late "favorite" aunt has a fabric that my wife doesn't hate. In fact, she loves it. We both do. Now, the furniture is a fond memory of ours, as well as part of my history. These projects take forever whatever you do. In a Covid influenced world, everyone's schedule gets out of control. However, not many over sold vendors would hold a reasonable price AND maintain high quality. If those things are important to you, rely on Mary's. Sadly, although I looked to see if parking were limited in their lot in the evening before I parked in the empty lot - when they are closed - their small sign was not visible. An hour and a half later, my car had been towed, costing me $155 in cash and inconvenience. I understand businesses not wanting restaurant patrons parking in their lot during business hours. I understand prohibiting parking in general, but a business should put a sign up that people can see. I acknowledge my mistake but this felt predatory and unnecessary.

Then, the same girl kept complaining about her job and when my daughter asked her for some help with getting paint she said "I don't see why she can't get it herself, like, can she reach it?" Then, she kept giving us warnings as to how many minutes we had left to paint before they closed at 7:45* mind you. If that's not enough, we asked for a high chair and she just kept sweeping and ignored us until we went to go get it (which is not a problem for us to get it but we only had a little bit of time to paint so her getting it for us would've been nice) We love painting and this was my Mother's Day gift and the staff here was just not good at all. Will never come back. Also very expensive. One tiny kids thing for $28
