Very rude. The girl behind the counter was condescending to the woman before me, then she continued with me when I asked her simply a yes or no question. She finally said no, she couldn't figure out how to hang a frame. I told her to forget it and refund my money. Instead of providing me a refund, she felt it was more important to get the last word. We ended up yelling at each other. So she decided to be petty and say she couldn't refund my money, that I'd have to wait for them to mail me a check. I was fed up and walked out while she was steadily "getting in the last word" on my way out. Later, I received a call from the location stating that they were refunding my money to my card. Guess it was possible after all.
Not only that, when I got home, the other item I ordered was incorrect. No way I'm going back. I'll just pay someone else to do it correctly. read more
