I was extremely grateful for 1910's attention to detail, top-notch advice, and all-around care. I had a unique pair of symmetrical prints that needed to be framed (trimmed and lined up perfectly, side-by-side). The 1910 staff not only went above and beyond to recommend the best and most cost-effective methods to execute this, but ensured that the end-result was absolutely stunning -- better than I could have imagined. I will be turning to them for ongoing framing needs.

Great little art store located down town Cleveland on Sharpe Avenue. The person who waited on me…read morewas a nice young woman who I think owned the place. She even smiled and was very informative of her store and artists that display their work in her store. Nice features in the store including a tabby male cat that looked like a grey "tiger". It was a friendly cat as she put the cat on a table for me to pet. I thought the art in the store was magnificent . What caught my eye was the wild life art that is on display. Like, several deer paintings by a local artist and a big painting on the wall of some ducks in a pond. There is also some art about history in here like a print of "Delta Cream Donuts" which is now closed. I remember going in here while growing up and a man always waiting on you by leaning over the counter top to ask how many donuts you wanted. That print is in here. In summary, I was impressed as I really liked this little art store.

My wife and I decided to get a painting her late grandmother painted for her cleaned and the linen…read moreliner replaced at Rando Frames. We didn't have a standard framing shop, and this one happened to be next door to our pool place so we brought it in around late July. We were quoted about a month turn around time and a steep price of over $300. We hadn't had anything framed in a while so we agreed to the steep price just because we wanted it done right and well for this precious piece. Months went by with no luck of completion, and we were told it was due to COVID stopping linen liner production, so they were going to use a different liner color which we agreed to. More months went by, and we were finally able to pick it up a week before Christmas. We went in the shop and waited a while as the employee had to filter through many framing jobs because nothing was organized. She finally found the piece, and we left happy. We didn't take the piece out of the plastic in effort to preserve the cleanliness and not wanting to drop it but through plastic it looked fine. I just unwrapped the plastic (less than a week later), and there is dust all over the frame. The dust is so thick you could remove some with a finger swipe. We were told the $300 was so steep because of the disassembly and cleaning process to preserve the integrity of the original frame, but clearly there was no cleaning to be done. Extremely late and poorly done: Can't get much worse than that!

The experience was extremely disappointing. Every customer who enters a store should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of whether the staff believes they will make a purchase.
