My favorite Target in the Memphis area. I find that it's one of the few that's well stocked and orderly inside. The employees are also really helpful and friendly whenever I've needed assistance. The only issue I have is the lack of registers that are open so the line will always be really long almost every single time. Other than that, always a great experience at this Target. read more

What's not to love about Target? You can do a little grocery shopping, shopping for the kids, the home, pets, pick up some cards, and get mostly everything in one place. At least for me I can get what I need at Target and the prices are just as high as any other place. I prefer shopping at Target because it just seems calmer and clean aisles unless they are restocking or doing the online shopping orders. The check out lines can be a major let down because they usually have 1-2 humans checking out and the rest are self check out lanes. I think the prices online are better for some items with the "online exclusive " pricing, but you can use the circle offers online or in store . Man, Target's drive-up/pick-up process is a straight-up nightmare. I'm so pissed off, I don't even know where to start. Their app tricks you into thinking it's all smooth and easy. It even told me, Oh, forgot something? Just place another order, and when it's ready, swing by to grab both! So I did-two orders, no big deal, right? Nope. Huge mistake. They don't mention that your groceries, especially the frozen stuff, are just chilling-literally-in some sketchy backroom, nowhere near a proper freezer. I get home, start unpacking, and my heart sinks. All my frozen stuff-ice cream, pizzas, the works-is half-melted, soggy, and gross. It's like they left it sitting out for hours in some half-assed fridge that's barely cold. I'm talking food safety nightmare. How long was my stuff just hanging out like that? No clue, and Target clearly doesn't give a damn. The pickup itself? Total disaster. I spent hours on their janky app picking out my groceries, drove to the store, and then sat in my car for an extra 20 minutes waiting. When the guy finally showed up, he didn't even bring a receipt or say anything useful. Just yeeted my bags into the backseat, muttered something like Thanks, have a good day, and bolted. I was so stunned, I didn't even know how to react. Like, who does that? And returns? Forget it. After all that time picking items, driving, waiting, and then finding my food ruined, the last thing I want is to go back and deal with their nonsense again. That's inconceivable! It's exhausting just thinking about it. Target's basically daring you to complain after putting you through all that. Oh, and get this: I tried delivery first, but they wanted a forty-dollar hold on my card just in case. Like, what? In case I steal a bag of soggy chicken nuggets? So I switched to pickup, thinking it'd be easier. Big mistake. The whole thing was a mess from start to finish. Target's drive-up process isn't just a hassle-it's flat-out rude to customers who've already spent their time and money. Honestly, I'd give it zero stars if I could. Who doesn't love Target lol?! I have no self control in this place which is why I normally do pickup orders, I went in for slider bags and came out with over $100 of stuff, I did find some good bargains on clearance future collective merchandise that is definitely what blew the budget. The store was relatively organized and neat, long lines when it was time to check out, but they got in gear quickly to get the lines down. read more

This is the updated review I'm just pretty much updating I've still been visiting this location. I course like most have utilize the Drive up service . Online order is when you order online the staff will client kindly bring out your items to your place in your vehicle. With Drive up there's a no contact process. For those that are interested but have never use the drive up --you have to be sure when you are ordering online that when you check for how do you want the items I transferred --you have to make sure you click on drive up there's gonna be an option for shipping an option for pick up at Customer Service an option for order up which is picking up going to the Customer guest services to get your package if you're going to drive up and you want the contactless option drive up before checking out. read more

My most favorite target store in the area. Only about 10 mins from us. Service and friendly employees here. Very clean and great selection.

I love this target! Everything seem to be organized. Staff is nice and helpful. Lines are pretty fast considering there's more cashiers. The only complaint I have is the cvs pharmacy inside target. The young pharmacist lady had no personality and was on her personal phone and never really greeted me. But other than that, I do like this target. read more

The holidays are always hectic.. I saw this target had the toy I needed so I paid them a visit. I placed my order online for drive up service. They have added Additional spots for drive and and the staff was very fast checking me in. I have them a four only because of the wait from check in to them bringing the item to my car. Ok, so I must admit that I cannot go to target without stopping buy there clearance section. When I tell you the deals are insane....believe me, lol! Another area of the store I absolutely love is the household/home decor section. My home bathroom has some really stylish pieces that I purchased from target. I'm a Target mom so I'll always give every Target 5 stars. You just can't beat it. There's just something so magical about Target. Whether you're alone or you have to bring your kids, this place just calms you and it's like a mini vacation. You'll walk in and instantly find 10 things you need that aren't on your list. Target has the best selection and it's always so neat and organized in there. I've recently discovered their target pick up! Order online and pick up without having to leave your car. It's like a drive thru for Target. They are so quick! By the time I pulled up the customer service rep was already outside standing waiting for me with my product. What can you say about a run of the mill target store... a very uninteresting 4 stars, in my opinion! Very worth the visit, especially considering the next closest is down the traffic ridden Germantown pkwy. The store is fairly clean, but it is an older location so don't expect much from bathrooms, etc. read more

I buy mostly paper goods here and food. They often have chicken and ground beef on sale and limited produce. The clothing is reasonable but stopped being fashionable two years ago. Good pet food selection, housewares and cleaning supplies often on sale. read more

I love Target, but I can't explain why their restrooms are atrocious and disgusting. I walked in looking for a stale to use the restroom in a and woman washing her hands said there all nasty but I used this one and it has toilet paper all over the floor. I gagged walking in there. I walked out so disgusted and I saw two employees by the shopping carts just standing there. If I was the manager if this establishment I would be embarrassed to have my customers see this. I would either have one of the staff members clean it up or do it myself it should never get this bad. Please do better. read more

Location is ideal, close to the mall, the new IKEA store etc Starbucks and Target Cafe on located inside the store by the entrance/exit. I have yet to come in contact with an employee that was pleasant or helpful. In my opinion this location seems to have more discounts or clearance than the other target stores. At times they will have an entire section dedicated to clearance. read more

I have always loved target. Went to this location today to get a storage ottoman. They said they had one in the back and one on the floor available. When we asked if we could get a discount for the one on the floor they refused. Said any customer could have damaged it. I said that was understandable I would take the one from the back. It was also damaged and obviously not by a customer because it was in the back. No way I am paying full price for damaged goods. So glad I didn't order online for pick up or delivery would have been very angry! I SUGGEST TO THE WORLD TO GO TO THE STORES BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHATS DAMAGED! read more

The store's very clean when you enter, the personal very friendly and helpful. Here is an Extra plus value, an error in price result in a change at the register quickly. The prices were among the best I found. Black Friday I came in to get a case for my iPad Air they weren't honoring their price match guarantee on holidays I asked could I come back back tomorrow and get it pricematched to bestbuy who is about 20 bucks cheaper they said sure. Got up this morning and called ahead to make sure they were price matching they said yes. Then when I got there they said no I told them I was informed the night before and earlier on the phone that they were. they didn't care and just kept with the were not price matching today. Manager was Angie she didn't help at all. Very poor service headed to Walmart to buy this case right now. read more

Target is good when you have a creative idea. This store is great for times when you're trying to organize... Or reorganize. The prices are a bit high for me. In the grocery section, most brands are Target's private label or "boojy" brands. I like the usual brands I find at the grocery store. Today I was looking for simple clothes dye. Didn't find it and they said they don't have it. It's fun cruising around the store using the new plastic buggies - smooth rolling! - but I just don't see much that says BUY ME. Probably for the best. Last thing is a negative unfortunately: They do not take Apple Pay here after the horrible experience a while back with credit card fraud. I won't use my credit card here - and not many other department stores these days - and I can't for the life of me understand why they won't take Apple pay. Target is becoming a niche store in my view. The clothes are pricing but haven't lasted long in the past. If I need deodorant or toothpaste, I guess Target is a great place to shop... Otherwise, it all seems so boring. read more
