I've had nothing but good experiences with this UPS Store location. I've used this location for a few years now and the staff has always been patient and professional with me. When the Amazon Return kiosk was installed, they politely guided me to it for future returns, and I really appreciated that as it's quite a time-saver and more convenient than other Amazon return options. read more

Quick kiosk service every time I've come here with my Amazon returns. Only interacted with an employee once and he def treated my need for help as an inconvenience and moved really slow so that was annoying. But aside from that, I'm always able to return my items quick and easy using the kiosk. read more

You can complete all of your shipping, etc., needs here. The hours are decent and they don't give you a hassle over your packages. I frequently visit this location due to it's convenient proximity to my home. Today was on a new level of extra disrespect. I jogged up to open the door for someone loaded with packages - I let her in front of me thru the door and then stood behind her. She moved off to the side and when the line moved told me to go ahead. So I did. An employee came from behind the counter ignored me and asked the lady behind me, "Were you here first?" The lady didn't hear her and indicated as such, the employee repeated herself and the lady said no. I said, "I opened the door for her to go ahead.." the employee shot me a dirty look - didn't say a single word - and walked back to the back where she already wasn't even helping customers from the FULL store. SO rude. I'm grown, the lady with all the packages was grown. I'm not going to jump someone in line. To assume that, ignore and give me a dirty look - wow, maybe reevaluate working in customer service. I do need to add that the employee who actually DID help me was super pleasant and even let me use the hand truck to take my heavy package out. AND the other employee helping the lady with all the packages was helpful and professional sounding as well. But to the employee who came out the back just to be rude - you know who you are. read more

Nice store - employees were great. I dropped off a prepaid package and I got a receipt with out having to ask for it. Lots of parking - easy in and out. Oh, I had packed my item in a USPS box and they had no problem with that - said it happens all the time. read more

Such fast service! Bonus: they will accept not only UPS packages, but also USPS packages. Therefore, if you have to mail items from both services (or just don't want to deal with the post office), you can just come here. They'll tape up your box for you as well which is great, it's a little thing but it's nice to not have to buy a roll of mailing tape and keep it around at home. They're super friendly here and they also offer heaps of other services, such as notarisation, passport photos, fingerprinting, copies, faxing, and they also sell some office supplies too. Oh, and a little tidbit: if you are mailing something via UPS, wait for your receipt. It may seem like an unnecessary 30 seconds, but here's the thing: it's a sticker that gets affixed to a piece of paper. That piece of paper? It has coupons on it! You can get discounted copies and other stuff just because you mailed a package. read more

I didn't spend a lot of time at this location but they helped me ship off my comcast equipment very quickly. There was no line, and the lady behind the desk even took the time to explain to me what the process what's going to consist of and how to check on it. They keep changing their fees arbitrarily without notice. If you're going to increase fees at least add good customer service with it.

This store is a rip off. They store people are very rude. Service is very unprofessional. I went to get a document notarized and he notarized every single page instead of just the last page and charged me 4 times $7.5. I came to know what he charged when I got the receipt and he says "I have already signed and I cant revert it". I told I dont need all these pages notarized, keep these pages and refund my money and he starts ridiculous arguments and finally says, "Sorry, I closed the register, I cant do anything today. Please come back tomorrow" and same story next day. This is out right theft. I highly recommend not to go there. read more

I will never forgive UPS for destroying a cherished antique of my mother's that was shipped cross country. It was insured but UPS refused to acknowledge the shipment. It was fragile but was not shipped securely. The contact person at this store either quit or was fired, I don't know. I gave up trying to deal with these people. read more

Very helpful. After 3 days of running around with FedEx, I finally went to UPS it was pricy but their customer service was great. The man working came right on out to help carry the package. It was a very pleasant experience compared to FedEx. I would recommend shipping UPS over FedEx anytime at least when in Cordova, TN. read more
