Everything seemed great when I brought my items in to be shipped. I was greeted politely, in a friendly and efficient manner. Boxing and shipping were arranged. I was provided with a receipt that had the tracking number. My shipment was to be delivered in three business days. I insured the shipment for $300 to cover some expensive items. I was traveling and two days later I tried to check on the progress of my package. The tracking number was not accepted. This made me concerned. I called the UPS store and I was on hold with a recording that stated over and over that someone would be with me momentarily. I let my phone go while I was taking care of other things. A half hour later the recording was still going. Nevertheless, the packages arrived on time, well wrapped, protected and in pristine condition. I would have given five stars but they made me worry. I still don't know what my recourse would have been had my package not gotten delivered. read more

They have fair prices for shipping and they handle USPS. I was here to get my fingers printed. You need an appointment for that. So make sure to plan ahead. Also bring your ID. The cashiers are very helpful and seem to enjoy their job. So that makes the task bearable. read more

UPS has been very professional, courteous and kind. When they leave packages at my door they sometime ring the doorbell to let me know. They have even placed the packages inside my home if the package was too heavy. I really appreciate the service l get from them. Hard workers. read more

I use this store frequently and usually get excellent service. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Even though they get busy the wait is only a couple minutes. They also sell excellent greeting cards, you can read while you wait! Delivery of packages is quick and efficient. They do a lot of fingerprints when schools are starting up...State law. My only suggestion would be if you go for fingerprints, bring some hand sanitizer. They don't seem to clean the device between customers, and didn't offer hand sanitizer or wipes. read more

I have been a consistent customer since my son was in kindergarten (he is now a rising sophomore in college). I find the entire staff to be warm, kind, and friendly. They are patient while repeating the same information throughout the day. When I had to ship college supplies for the freshman to Arizona, we discussed strategies and timing. They were so supportive during a very emotional time, ​and I am grateful for all of them---Emily, Brock, Julian, Emily, Ian....they are all fantastic. Terrible store with rude employees. I have a business mailbox at this store and went to pick up a package. When the guy behind the counter asked me to sign the touchpad for the package, I said I'd rather not (because of COVID19). The employee told me to use my shirt. When I again said I'd rather not, he angrily yelled "JESUS CHRIST!" Not acceptable. Very rude with no regard for safety. read more

I've been to this UPS store a few times and the customer service is excellent! They have the nicest people there. They have even come to my SUV to unload a very large, unwieldy package for shipping. Very friendly, efficient and timely service! If an item needs to be packaged well for shipment, the UPS store will do it, no matter what size the item is (actually shipped a large framed picture and it arrived to it's destination without damage). Is one star the lowest I can give??? The worst customer service in Memphis! I called and asked if they could print a document if I emailed it to them. They gave me instructions for emailing it to them and when I got there 4 hours later the girl putting on her makeup at the front counter said she hadn't seen it and to resend it. I asked how I get something printed ahead of time so it's ready when I get there and she said to email it and call and tell them to check their email. I told her I had done that and she said, "I've been busy and don't have time to look for it, just resend it!" read more

This location is typically top notch but today will make me seriously consider another location. The "customer service representative" was very rude. She was not customer related at all. Some of my return items will have to be returned to Amazon with a printed label & I did not know this. She removed my items from the bag and dropped them on the counter & left them laying there. While I searched on Amazon for my return info, she looked annoyed & ready for me to hurry up. Her tone was very dry & monotonous. After I discovered I had to return these items differently, she printed my receipt and walked away; leaving my other items thrown on the counter. I had to pick up my items and try to secure them back in the packaging in which she removed them from. She was a young African American woman with neck length dreadlocks that were light brown on the ends. This may be her disposition but if that's the case; customer service is not here strong suit. read more

This location is never busy, very quick, the UPS truck comes late so it gives u plenty of time to pack it all up. Also if u need sleeves for ur packages, they're there for free (: which is a big plus for traveling read more

This store has forgotten they exist to serve customers. I am in the store frequently for business and there's only one guy in there that knows what's going on. Today the staff was exceptionally rude. I had my third late notice in my box and I asked the clerk if she could find out why I kept getting them (after I had emailed twice and explained that I had paid up weeks before). She said don't worry about it and threw it away. I explained the notices were escalating and I was now getting bills with penalties on them. She said she didn't have time to look at it (only 1 person was behind me and there were two staff there), she said I didn't understand the statement and that it said I was paid up (it didn't), she laughed in my face and said I wasn't making myself clear, she said there was nothing she could do about it, she rolled her eyes and snidely commented to her fellow employee. I have had poor service at this location many times before and always discretely bring it to the attention of a manger who typically responds with how busy they are. Today they weren't busy at all. I have had good experience at this location until today. I walked in and the person was on the phone for personal use and then when I wanted to mail something internationally she didnt ask me how I want to send it, started weighing and then treated me like I don't understand English and some stupid foreigner.
